Claims (4)
- 제2고조파의 광출력량을 감지하여 그에 비례하는 전류를 발생시키는 광 검출 수단; 상기 광 검출 수단으로 부터 전류 출력을 전압으로 바꾸어 증폭하는 증폭 수단; 제2고조파의 광출력 레벨을 소망하는 레벨로 설정하는 제2고조파 광출력 설정 수단; 상기 증폭 수단으로 부터의 입력된 검출 광출력값과 상기 광 출력 설정 수단에서 인가된 소정의 광출력 설정값과의 오차를 비교하여 연산하여 주는 제1의 비교수단; 상기 제1의 비교 수단으로 부터의 오차 신호를 적분하여 제2고조파 광출력값이 상기 제2고조파 광출력 설정 수단의 설정값과 같게하여 주는 적분 수단; 상기 제1의 비교 수단의 출력값이 정상 제어 동작일 경우의 상기 적분 수단에 입력되는 제1적분 계수를 설정시키는 제1적분계수설정수단; 상기 제1의 비교 수단의 출력값의 오버슈트가 오버슈트 제한 설정값보다 클 경우는 로우, 오버슈트 제한 설정값 보다 작을 경우에는 하이 신호를 발생하여 주는 제2의 비교수단; 상기 제2의 비교 수단의 출력값이 로우 일 경우 오버슈트 응답 제어 동작에 따라 상기 제1적분 계수와의 합의 값으로 상기 적분기의 적분계수를 설정시키는 제2의 적분계수설정수단; 상기 제2의 비교 수단의 출력값이 로우 일 경우 오버슈트 응답 제어 동작에 따라 상기 제2적분계수설정 수단을 상기 적분 수단에 연결해 주는 스위칭 수단; 상기 적분기의 출력 전압을 전류로 변환해 주는 전압/전류 변환수단; 그리고 상기 전압/전류 변환 수단에서 출력되는 전류에 의해 상기 비선형 광학소자의 온도를 조절할 수 있도록 하는 전자냉각 수단;을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 제2고조파 발생 장치의 구동 회로.
- 제2고조파광출력량을 검출하여 광출력 설정값과의 비교를 통하여 비선형광학 소자의 온도를 제어함으로써 일정한 광출력을 얻어내는 제2고조파 발생방법에 있어서, 제2고조파 발생 장치의 광출력을 검출하여 제2고조파 광출력 설정값과의 비교를 통하여 그 비교값이 오버슈트 응답 제어 동작일 때 이 오버슈트되는 양을 스위칭 수단에 의해 부궤환시킴으로써 상기 제2고조파 광출력량에 의한 제2고조파 광출력 제어를 수행하여 안정된 제2고조파 출력광 만을 출력시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2고조파 발생 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 오버슈트 제어 동작은 제2고조파 발생 장치가 안정되기전 실제 출력된 광이 설정된 광 출력과 같아지도록 비선형 광학 소자의 온도를 내릴 때 오버슈트되는 양이 상기 제2고조파 발생장치 작동 시작 당시 상기 비선형 광학 소자의 출력 특성 최고값 보다 큰 경우에 상기 제2고조파 발생 출력광을 안정시키기 위한 제어 동작인 것을 특징으로 하는 제2고조파 발생 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 수단은 부극성 제어 스위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 제2고조파 발생 장치.
