Claims (6)
- 그 양측면에 탄성체가 부착되고 중앙에는 다수개의 압전소자가 적층되어 서로 병렬로 위치되는 두 개의 제1진동자; 상기 제1진동자에 대해 수직으로 서며 한 쪽의 탄성체를 연결하고 있는 제1탄성부재; 상기 제1진동자와 대향하는 방향으로 평행하게 위치하여 제1탄성부재의 일측면의 중심부에 결합되는 제2탄성부재; 및 압전소자로 형성되고 상기 제2탄성부재의 양측면에 위치되는 제2진동자;를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 압전/전왜 액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 제1진동자 각각과 제1탄성부재 사이에 위치한 탄성체가 굴곡형()의 탄성체로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 압전/전왜 액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 제1진동자는 적어도 1개이상의 탄성체를 사이에 포함하는 한편 각각 다수개의 압전소자로 적층된 진동자가 적어도 1개 이상 마련됨을 특징으로 하는 압전/전왜 액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2진동자는 각각 단일 또는 다수개의 압전소자층으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 압전/전왜 액츄에이터.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2탄성부재는 일체형으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 압전/전왜 액츄에이터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는 포크형()의 구조를 갖는 탄성부재임을 특징으로 하는 압전/전왜 액츄에이터.
