Claims (10)
- 불포화탄화수소를 포함하는 혼합물로부터 한성분 혹은 다성분 불포화탄화수소의 선택흡착에 이용되는 흡착제로, 이는 ㉠ 충분한 표면적을 가지는 적절한 지지체와; ㉡ 은화합물과; ㉢ 선택적으로 첨가제로 구성되어 있고, 적절한 용매에 상기 은화합물과 상기 첨가제 화합물을 용해시켜 지지체상에 상기 은화합물과 선택적으로 상기 첨가제를 분산시킨 후; 과잉용매를 건조시키고; 이 고체물질을 열처리함으로써 얻게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 에틸렌 및 프로필렌, 그리고 불포화탄화수소 분리용 흡착제
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기 지지체가 원통형과 구형의 알루미나, 제올라이트, 그리고 실리카겔의 부류에서 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 에틸렌 및 프로필렌, 그리고 불포화탄화수소 분리용 흡착제
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기 은화합물이 질산은, 지방산화은, 할로겐화은, 산화은, 그리고 이들의 혼합물로부터 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 에틸렌 및 프로필렌, 그리고 불포화탄화수소 분리용 흡착제
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기 첨가제 화합물이 질산화란타늄, 염화란타늄, 염화세륨, 질산화세륨, 그리고 이들의 혼합물로부터 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 에틸렌 및 프로필렌, 그리고 불포화탄화수소 분리용 흡착제
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기 혼합물 중에 함유된 상기 은화합물의 형태로 은함량이 상기 지지체 무게 기준으로 2%에서 100%에 이르는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 에틸렌 및 프로필렌, 그리고 불포화탄화수소 분리용 흡착제
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기 혼합물 중에 함유된 상기 첨가제 화합물의 형태로 선택적인 촉진제의 함량이 상기 지지체 무게기준으로 2%에서 20%에 이르는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 에틸렌 및 프로필렌, 그리고 불포화탄화수소 분리용 흡착제
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기 용매가 물, 알코올, 탄화수소, 그리고 염산 수용액의 부류에서 선정된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 에틸렌 및 프로필렌, 그리고 불포화탄화수소 분리용 흡착제
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기 열처리 과정이 30℃∼350℃의 온도범위에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 에틸렌 및 프로필렌, 그리고 불포화탄화수소 분리용 흡착제
- 제 1항에 있어서;대기온도 및 760mmHg의 조건에서 단위 g흡착제당 최소한 0.5mmol의 에틸렌 혹은 프로필렌을 흡착시키고, 에테인에 대한 에틸렌의 순수흡착 선택도 혹은 프로페인에 대한 프로필렌의 순수흡착 선택도가 2∼8인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 에틸렌 및 프로필렌, 그리고 불포화탄화수소 분리용 흡착제
- 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 혹은 이들에 의한 혼합물이 수소, 헬륨, 메테인, 에테인, 그리고 프로페인과 같은 부류 중에서 선택된 성분(들)과 함께 섞여 있는 혼합물을 0∼100℃의 온도와 1∼100기압의 압력조건 하에서 제 1항에서 얻어지는 흡착제가 충진된 흡착탑에 통과시키고, 이후 압력을 낮추거나 흡착제를 가열함으로써 흡착되었던 에틸렌과 (혹은) 프로필렌을 탈착시키는 단계로 구성하여, 혼합물로부터 에틸렌, 프로필렌 혹은 이들로 이루어진 혼합물을 분리하는 방법.
