Claims (12)
- 물의 존재하에 스트론티움 카보네이트를 첨가제와 혼합하고 이 혼합물을 과립화하면서 건조시킴에 있어서, 첨가제로서 스트론티움 옥사이드, 스트론티움 하이드록사이드 및 수화된 스트론티움 하이드록사이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 결착제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과립화된 스트론티움 카보네이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 과립화할 재료나 과립화된 산물은 과립화 및 건조과정에서 무기 내화물질과 접촉되지 아니하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결착제의 첨가량은 사용되는 스트론티움 카보네이트의 건조중량에 대하여 Sr(OH)28H2O로 환산하여 1.8~4중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결착제로 스트론티움 하이드록사이드 또는 스트론티움 하이드록사이드 8 수화물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물 중의 수분 함량이 혼합물 전체 중량에 대하여 0.5-50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물을 건조한 후에 분쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물을 과립화한 후에 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 과립화 공정을 고속혼합기 또는 선반형 과립기 상에서 행하는 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물을 과립화하고, 예비 건조한 다음 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 프래쉬 건조기 내에서 동시에 과립화하면서 예비건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 건조를 원통형 건조기 혹은 회전층 건조기 내에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건조를 400~600℃에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
