Claims (3)
- 부정형 폐스프레이재를 분리수거하는 단계와;수거된 부정형 폐스프레이재를 함수율 5wt% 이하로 자연건조 또는 열풍건조하는 단계와;자석을 이용하여 Fe함유 불순물을 제거하는 단계와;방습포장을 하는 단계와;포장을 해제하여 야금조업의 초기에 용융금속용기로 투입하는 단계로 이루어지는 부정형 폐스프레이재의 재활용방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수거된 부정형 폐스프레이재를 함수율 5wt% 이하로 자연건조 또는 열풍건조하는 단계이후, 부정형 폐스프레이재를 입경 2∼20mm로 파쇄하는 단계를 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 폐스프레이재의 재활용방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부정형 폐스프레이재를 야금조업의 초기에 용융금속용기로 투입할 때, 경소돌로마이트 또는 돌로마이트와 혼합하여 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부정형 폐스프레이재의 재활용방법.
