Claims (4)
- 전선 및 단자 접속방법에 있어서,수지로 만들어진 피복부로 덮인 다수의 심선을 갖는 피복전선을 단자에 배치하는 단계;다수의 심선이 단자에서 병렬로 정렬되기 위해 피복부를 용융 및 이동시키기위한 단자에 피복전선을 가압하는 상태에서 피복전선에 초음파진동을 가하는 단계; 및심선 및 단자가 서로 전도성 접촉되기 위해 단자에서 병렬로 정렬된 심선을 가압하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 및 단자 접속방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단자 및 피복전선이 제 1 수지부품의 홈에서 서로 겹치는 상태로 위치하고;초음파진동용 혼에 의해 단자에 피복전선을 가압하는 상태에서 초음파진동이 가해지고; 및단자에 심선을 가압하기 위해 제 2 수지부품의 돌출부가 홈으로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 및 단자 접속방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,제 2 수지부품의 돌출부가 제 1 수지부품의 홈으로 삽입되는 상태에서 제 1 및 제 2 수지부품이 함께 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 및 단자 접속방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,가압되는 동안 제 2 수지부품의 돌출부가 제 1 수지부품의 홈으로 삽입되는 상태에서 제 1 수지부품이 기계적으로 제 2 수지부품과 맞물려 있고;이 상태에서 초음파진동이 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 및 단자 접속방법.
