Claims (4)
- 연속용융아연 도금설비에서 용융아연 도금강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 도금욕의 온도편차를 ±5℃ 이하로 유지하고; 그리고 0.2-0.7wt%의 Al-Zn 합금괴를 도금욕에 투입하여 도금욕중의 Al 농도가 0.18-0.20wt% 가 유지되도록 하는 용융아연 도금표면에의 드로스 부착방지방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도금욕중의 Al 농도가 0.35wt% Al-Zn의 합금괴와 0.45wt%Al-Zn의 합금괴의 1:1 로 투입에 의해 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연 도금표면에의 드로스 부착방지방법.
- 연속용융아연 도금설비에서 합금화 용융아연 도금강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 도금욕의 온도편차를 ±5℃ 이하로 유지하고; 그리고 0.2-0.7wt% 의 Al-Zn 합금괴를 도금욕에 투입하여 도금욕중의 Al 농도가 0.13-0.15wt% 가 유지되도록 하는 용융아연도금 표면에의 드로스 부착방지방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 도금욕증의 Al 농도가,0.45wt% Al-Zn 합금괴와 0.6wt% Al-Zn 의 합금괴의 1:1 투입에 의해 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연 도금표면에의 드로스 부착방지방법.
