Claims (8)
- (가) 비교적 고압으로 유체원에 연결하기 적합한 유입구와, 사실상 감압으로 유체를 배출하는 유출구를 형성하는 몸체부재에 있어서, 상기 유입구 및 유출구는 서로 직각으로 배치되어, 밸브시이트를 가진 밸빙 통로에 연결된 몸체부재와 ; (나) 상기 밸브 시이트에 접촉하는 위치, 및 상기 밸브 시이트로부터 공간을 둔 위치 사이에서 상기 통로에 위치하여 이동하는 밸브부재와, (다) 상기 밸브 시이트쪽으로 상기 밸브 부재를 바이어스 시키는 수단과 ; (라) 상기 몸체에서 미끄럼 운동을 위해 안내되고 그것의 단이 상기 밸브부재와 접촉될 수 있도록 감소된 가로치수 부분을 가진 가늘고 긴 부재, 및 상기 밸브 부재로부터 거리를 두고서 몸체 부재 바깥쪽으로 연장된 확대 가로 치수의 헤드부를 포함하는, 밸브 액츄에이터 수단과 ; (마) 상기 가늘고 긴 부재의 상기 감소치수 부분과 상기 몸체부재 사이를 밀봉하는 수단과 ; (바) 상기 몸체부재에 부착된 유체충전 압력캡슐로서, 상기 밸브 액츄에이터 수단의 상기 헤드부와 접촉하며, 캡슐 벽을 형성하는 압력응답 다이어프램을 갖는 유체충전 압력 캡슐과; (사) 유압신호를 제공하기 위하여, 상기 캡슐내 특정 압력에 응답함으로써 상기 밸브 액츄에이터 수단을 이동시켜 상기 밸브 시이트로부터 상기 밸브 부재를 이동시키는 상기 압력응답 다이어프램의 일측과 연동하는 유압신호 도관과 ; (아) 상기 유출구내의 압력을, 상기 다이어프램상의 상기 일측에 대향하는 측과 연통하는 균압 통로를 형성하는 상기 몸체부재를 포함하는 열응답 팽창밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이어스 수단은 상기 밸브부재에 대항하여, 레지스터된 일단과 상기 몸체부재의 국부적 변형에 의해 상기 유출구에 보지된 와셔에 대항하여 레지스터된 대향단을 가진 코일스프링을 포함하는 열응답 팽창밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이어스 수단은 원추형으로 테이퍼된 코일스프링을 포함하는 열응답 팽창밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이어스 수단은 상기 몸체 부재내에 스테이크 된 와셔에 의해 보지되는 코일스프링을 포함하는 열응답 팽창밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브부재는 반구면을 포함하는 열응답 팽창밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브부재는 상기 유입구에 대해 직각방향으로 이동하도록 안내되는 열응답 팽창밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체부재는 압출 알루미늄으로 제조되고, 상기 밸브부재는 내식성 강철로 된 열응답 팽창밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 조립체는 상기 가늘고 긴 부재와 상기 몸체부재 사이를 밀봉하는 상기 수단을 제거함으로써 역흐름 응용에 사용할 수 있는 열응답 팽창밸브.
