Claims (10)
- 제강공정의 노외정련 공정에서 극저탄소강의 용강(M)을 정련하는 장치에 있어서, 상부조(110)의 측벽에 경사지게 기체산소 분사용 렌스노즐(10)을 다수개 장착하고, 상기 렌스노즐(10)은 내관(12)과 외관(14)으로 구성되며, 상기 내관(12)에는 산소를 초음속의 제트류로 분사시키기 위한 목부(17)가 형성되며, 상기 외관(14)으로는 산소가 흐르는 내관(12)을 냉각시키기 위한 불활성가스가 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소강의 용강제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌스노즐(10)은 그 선단부(10a)가 상부조(110)의 내벽(110a)과 동일한 선상에 위치하도록 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소강의 용강제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌스 노즐(10)은 2 내지 4개임을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소강의 용강제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌스노즐(10)과 상부조(110) 측벽이 형성하는 각도(θ1)는 20 내지 35°임을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소강의 용강제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌스노즐(10)이 2개인 경우에는 2개의 렌스노즐(10)을 연결하는 직선(L1)이 상부조(110)의 중심(C)을 통과하면서 환류관(122)을 연결하는 직선(L2)과 60 내지 120°의 각도(θ2)를 형성하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소강의 용강제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌스노즐(10)이 4개인 경우에는 상부조(110) 측벽에 등간격을 설치하여 서로 반대측에 위치된 렌스노즐(10)끼리 연결하는 직선(L3), (L4)이 상부조(110)의 중심(C)을 통과하며, 렌스노즐(10)을 연결하는 직선(L3), (L4) 2개가 서로 직각을 이루도록 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소강의 용강제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내관(12)의 외주면(12a)과 외관(14)의 내주면(14a)이 2 내지 4mm의 간격을 유지하도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소강의 용강제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 목부(17)의 직선부(17a)는 4 내지 6mm이며, 상기 선단각도(θ3)는 3 내지 10°임을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소강의 용강제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 목부(17)의 내경(R1)과 노즐(10) 선단부(10a)의 내경(R2)과의 비율은 1.1 내지 3.0임을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소강의 용강제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외관(14)으로 공급되는 불활성가스로는 기체 아르곤을 분사하고, 용강(M)의 질소함량이 규제되지 않는 용강(M)에 대해서는 질소를 분사시킴을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소강의 용강제조장치.
