Claims (3)
- 니트릴 화합물을 아미드 화합물로 전환하는 활성을 가지는 미생물인 아그로박테리움 라디오박터 (Agrobacterium radiobacter) SC - C15 - 1(FERM BP - 3843)의 세균 세포의 배양액, 상기 세균 세포 또는 세균 세포를 처리함으로써 얻을 수 있는 물질을 사용하여 니트릴 화합물을 아미드 화합물로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아미드 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 니트릴 화합물이 n-부티로니트릴, n-발레로니트릴, 이소부티로니트릴, 아세토니트릴, 피발로니트릴, 2-클로로프로피오니트릴, 아크릴로니트릴, 크로토노니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, 벤조니트릴, 2-시아노피리딘, 3-시아노피리딘, 4-시아노피리딘, 말로노니트릴, 숙시노니트릴 및 아디포니트릴로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 니트릴 화합물을 아미드 화합물로 전환시키는 활성을 가지는 아그로박테리움 라디오박터 SC - C15 - 1(FERM BP - 3843) 미생물.
