Claims (11)
- 모드 필드경이 서로 다른 두 광섬유 또는 도파로 소자와 광섬유를 결합하는 광섬유 결합기에 있어서,상기 광섬유와 동일한 직경을 갖고 소정 길이로 연마되어 상기 두 광섬유 사이 또는 상기 도파로 소자와 광섬유 사이에 위치하며, 내부 광경로가 그린렌즈의 광경로와 동일한 광섬유 렌즈를 구비하며,상기 광섬유 렌즈는 광투과성이 소정 비율 이상인 접착제에 의해 상기 두 광섬유 또는 상기 도파로 소자와 광섬유 사이에 결합됨을 특징으로하는 광섬유 결합기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연마길이 l은 수학식l=0.5px2n±t(여기서, p는 피치, n은 정수이며 t는 조정변수이다)임을 특징으로하는 광섬유 결합기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는열경화성 수지임을 특징으로하는 광섬유 결합기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는광투과성이 99%이상인 접착제임을 특징으로하는 광섬유 결합기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광섬유 렌즈의 좌단 및 우단중 어느 한 단에 부착되는 대역통과 필터를 더 구비하여 상기 필터에 의해 필터링된 광신호를 출력함을 특징으로하는 광섬유 결합기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광섬유 렌즈의 좌우단에 부착되는 두 개의 대역통과 필터를 더 구비하여 상기 광섬유 렌즈에 입사한 광신호가 상기 두 대역통과 필터에 의해 반사되어 발진하고 소정의 파장을 갖는 광신호만이 출력됨을 특징으로하는 광섬유 결합기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유 렌즈는소정의 증폭매질이 첨가되어 소정의 파장을 갖는 광신호를 증폭함을 특징으로하는 광섬유 결합기.
- 모드 필드경이 서로 다른 두 리본 광섬유를 결합하는 다중접속을 위한 광섬유 결합기에 있어서,상기 광섬유와 동일한 직경을 갖고 소정 길이로 연마되어 상기 두 광섬유 사이 또는 상기 도파로 소자와 광섬유 사이에 위치하며, 내부 광경로가 그린렌즈의 광경로와 동일한 광섬유 렌즈바; 및상기 광섬유 렌즈바를 보호하기 위해 상기 광섬유 렌즈바의 각 광섬유 렌즈 양단에 접착되는 복수 개의 렌즈 보호 블록을 포함함을 특징으로하는 다중접속을 위한 광섬유 결합기.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 광섬유 렌즈바의 각 광섬유 렌즈 양단과 상기 입출력 리본 광섬유 사이에 완충재로서 굴절률 정합재를 더 구비함을 특징으로하는 다중접속을 위한 광섬유 결합기.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 광섬유 렌즈바의 각 광섬유 렌즈 양단과 상기 입출력 리본 광섬유의 각 광섬유사이에 완충재로서 실리콘 볼을 더 구비함을 특징으로하는 다중접속을 위한 광섬유 결합기.
- 제8항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유 렌즈바의 각 광섬유 렌즈는개구수를 증가시키기 위해 수광측 단면이 비대칭으로 연마된 광섬유 렌즈임을 특징으로하는 다중접속을 위한 광섬유 결합기.
