Claims (5)
- C형 프레임으로 구성된 프레스 본체의 상부에, 고속 액압 실린더와, 해당 고속 액압 실린더에 의해 상하 운동되도록 슬라이드를 설치한 고속 액압 프레스에 있어서,상기 고속 액압 실린더의 전방면에 매니폴드 블록을 바로 부착하고, 해당 매니폴드 블록에 제어 밸브를 설치하고, 압액을 그 유량 및 압력의 적어도 한쪽을 상기 제어 밸브에 의해 제어하여, 상기 매니폴드 블록 내의 통로를 통하여 고속 액압 실린더로 공급하도록 한 고속 액압 프레스.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 매니폴드 블록을 좌우 대칭형이 되도록 하여, 상기 고속 액압 실린더의 전방면의 대략 중앙에 바로 부착하도록 되어있는 고속 액압 프레스.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 프레스 본체의 상부 전방면에, 상기 고속 액압 실린더 및 상기 매니폴드 블록을 덮도록, 전방면 커버를 착탈 자유롭게 설치하여 이루어진 고속 액압 프레스.
- C형 프레임에 의해 구성된 프레스 본체의 상부에, 고속 액압 실린더와, 해당 고속 액압 실린더에 의해 상하 운동되도록 슬라이드를 설치한 고속 액압 프레스에 있어서,상기 프레스 본체의 상부 후방측에 상기 고속 액압 실린더에 압액을 공급하는 액압 발생 장치를 설치한 고속 액압 프레스.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 프레스 본체의 상부 후방측에 설치된 상기 액압 발생 장치의 상방에, 고온으로 된 액체를 냉각하는 냉각 유니트를 설치하여 이루어진 고속 액압 프레스.
