Claims (6)
- 초음파탐촉자에 있어서, 검사체에 초음파빔을 발사하고, 검사체로부터 되돌아오는 초음파에코신호를 수신하여 전기적인신호로 변환하는 변환기; 상기 변환기로부터 발사되는 초음파빔의 영역에서 한쪽 방향의 각속도를 검출하여 위치정보를 검출하는 위치검출센서; 및 상기 변환기에 연결되며 상기 위치검출센서가 부착된 본체를 포함하는 위치검출위치검출이 가능한 초음파탐촉자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위치검출센서는 압전현상을 이용한 각속도검출센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출이 가능한 초음파탐촉자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변환기는 반구형의 형태로 구성되어 상기 본체의 일부에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출이 가능한 초음파탐촉자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 변환기는 축을 중심으로 한 방향으로 소정 각도 회전이동하여 초음파에코신호를 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출이 가능한 초음파탐촉자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변환기는 초음파빔을 발사하는 부분이 일렬로 배열된 어레이 엘리먼트(array element)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 위치검출이 가능한 초음파탐촉자.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 변환기는 한 축을 중심으로 360도 회전하여 초음파에코신호를 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치검출이 가능한 초음파탐촉자.
