Claims (8)
- α-히드록시이소부티르산 아미드와 알칼리금속 수산화물의 탈수축합물의 존재하에서 α-히드록시이소부티르산 아미드와 포름산메틸로부터 α-히드록시이소부티르산 메틸을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (1) 상기 α-히드록시이소부티르산 아미드를 상기 증류탑의 탑정상과 탑저면 사이의 선반에 공급하고, (2) 알칼리금속 수산화물 수용액을 상기 α-히드록시이소부티르산 아미드의 공급위치와 탑저면 사이의 선반에 공급하고, (3) 공급한 α-히드록시이소부티르산 아미드와 알칼리금속 수산화물 수용액을 접촉시켜 상기 탈수축합물을 생성하고 동시에 탑정상으로부터 물을 증류제거하고, 저면생성물인 미반응된 α-히드록시이소부티르산 아미드와 상기 탈수축합물을 이용한 혼합액을 탑저면으로부터 배출하고, (4) 상기 저면생성물을 포름산메틸과 접촉시켜 저면생성물속의 α-히드록시이소부티르산 아미드와 포름산메틸을 상기 탈수축합물의 존재하에 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 α-히드록시이소부티르산 메틸의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-히드록시이소부티르산 아미드에 대한 알칼리금속 수산화물의 공급 비율이 0.5 내지 10몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 α-히드록시이소부티르산 메틸의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리금속 수산화물이 수산화나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 α-히드록시이소부티르산 메틸의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리금속 수산화물 수용액의 농도가 5 내지 30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 α-히드록시이소부티르산 메틸의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-히드록시이소부티르산 아미드에 대한 포름산메틸의 공급비율이 50 내지 2,000몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 α-히드록시이소부티르산 메틸의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증류탑의 탑저면온도가 130~160℃이고, 진공도가 5 내지 20torr인 것을 특징으로 하는 α-히드록시이소부티르산 메틸의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포름산메틸이 메탄올용액인 것을 특징으로하는 α-히드록시이소부티르산 메틸의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-히드록시이소부티르산 아미드와 포름산메틸의 반응온도가 20~150℃이고, 반응시간이 0.1 내지 10시간인 것을 특징으로하는 α-히드록시이소부티르산 메틸의 제조방법.
