Claims (3)
- 공간좌표계에서 6자유도로 움직이는 물체의 위치(position)와 방위(orientation)를 측정하는 공간 6자유도 정밀측정용 와이어 병렬센서장치에 있어서,상기 공간좌표계의 기준면이 되는 베이스판(20)과, 상기 베이스판(20)에서 X-Y축 방향으로 소정간격을 유지하는 6개의 지점에 배치된 와이어풀리부(51)와 엔코더부(52) 및 구면베어링을 구비한 와이어뭉치(50)와, 상기 와이어뭉치(50)의 와이어풀리부(51)에 감겨져서 길이방향으로 신장하는 다수의 와이어(31,32,33,34,35,36)들과, 상기 다수의 와이어(31,32,33,34,35,36)들이 2개씩 한쌍을 이루는 병렬구조로 브래킷(42,43,44)에서 서로 꼬이지 않게 베어링(45,46,47)이 결합된 측정부(40) 및, 전산부를 포함하며,상기 측정부(40)는 상기 물체에 고정되며, 상기 물체의 이동시에 상기 엔코더부(52)는 상기 측정부(40)와 상기 와이어뭉치(50)를 연결하는 상기 다수의 와이어(31,32,33,34,35,36)들의 길이를 측정하므로써, 상기 물체의 위치와 방위를 동시에 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공간 6자유도 정밀측정용 와이어 병렬센서장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측정부(40)는 상기 병렬구조로 공간상의 6자유도를 측정할 경우에 기구학적 해석이 용이하도록 "T"자 형상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공간 6자유도 정밀측정용 와이어 병렬센서장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 측정부(40)에는 다수의 와이어(31,32,33,34,35,36)들의 길이를 측정하므로써 상기 공간 6자유도를 측정할 수 있게 다수의 수준기(49,49')가 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공간 6자유도 정밀측정용 와이어 병렬센서장치.
