Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 중앙을 축착한 2개의 X형 링크를 상하로 2단 배치하고, 상하에 인접하는 끝부끼리를 축착한 팬터그래프 링크로 승강체를 지지하며, 상기 팬터그래프 링크의 소망하는 위치에 지렛대부재를 축착하고, 상기 승강체의 하한위치에서는 상기 지렛대부재에 연결한 구동수단에 의하여 상기 지렛대부재를 회전시켜 상기 승강체를 도중높이까지 상승시키는 리프트장치의 상승기구로서,상기 지렛대부재를 상기 상단의 X형 링크 중 어느 한쪽의 링크에 있어서의 상기 중앙축착위치보다 아래쪽에 축착함과 동시에 상기 지렛대부재의 상기 중앙축착위치쪽의 끝부에는 상기 구동수단의 끝부를, 반대쪽의 끝부에는 롤러를 각각 연결하며, 상기 지렛대부재의 수평자세에서는 상기 지렛대부재의 축착위치가 상기 구동수단의 연결위치보다 아래쪽이 되도록 설정하고, 또한 상기 롤러와 상기 축착위치 사이의 지렛대부재의 아래쪽가장자리에 지렛대부재의 수평자세에서 상기 롤러보다 아래쪽에 위치하는 단부를 형성하는 한편, 상기 하단의 X형 링크 중 상기 지렛대부재가 축착되는 링크와 평행한 링크에 상기 승강체의 하한위치에서 상기 지렛대부재의 단부가 맞닿은 맞닿음부 및 상기 구동수단의 작동에 따른 상기 지렛대부재의 회전에 의해 상기 롤러가 맞닿고 상기 지렛대부재의 회전방향과 교차하도록 형성된 캠 면을 구비한 캠 부재를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 리프트장치의 상승기구.
