Abstract

PURPOSE: A structure of an engine mounting bracket enhances the binding capacity or the rigidity thereof by rolling up a steel plate to prepare an insertion space for an insulator and inserting the insulator into the insertion space and simplifies the fabrication thereof. CONSTITUTION: A structure of an engine mounting bracket comprises the first mounting piece(40), the first banding piece(11), the second banding piece(12) and the second mounting piece(41). The first mounting piece(40) has bolt assembly holes(42) formed thereon. The first banding piece(11) is extended from one side of the first mounting piece(40) with being rolled up and has a definite insertion hole(13) formed on the middle thereof. The second banding piece(12) is extended from the end of the first banding piece whose width is tapered more than that of the insertion hole(13) and the extension part thereof passes through an insertion hole of the first banding piece(11) to be extended to the first mounting piece(40) by being rolled. The second mounting piece(41) is opposite to the first mounting piece(40) as the ending part of the second bending piece(12) and has bolt assembly holes formed thereon. Therefore, the structure of the engine mounting bracket inserts an insulator easily, is fixed on a chassis frame more rigidly and shortens a process.
