Claims (3)
- 2차전지의 해당 단자에 연결되는 양극 및 음극 충전용 단자를 가지며, 충전용 단자를 통해 공급된 전류에 의해 상기 2차전지를 충전하는 충전회로; 상기 충전회로에 연결되며, 상기 충전회로에 의해 공급된 충전전류를 상기 충전용 단자를 통해 상기 2차전지에 출력하는 것을 제어하는 충전 조절 회로; 및 상기 2차전지가 충전을 위해 전지용 충전기에 위치하는 경우 상기 2차전지의 표면온도를 감지하는 위치에서 전지용 충전기에 배설되고, 상기 2차전지가 상기 전지용 충전기와 연결되거나 분리되는 모든 경우에 상기 전지용 충전기에 고정되고, 상기 충전용 단자 이외의 단자를 통해 충전 조절 회로에 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 2차전지의 표면온도를 지시하는 신호를 보내는 적외선센서를 포함하고, 상기 충전 조절 회로는 상기 2차전지의 검출된 표면온도가 소정의 최대 온도를 초과하는 경우 상기 2차전지의 충전을 중단하고, 상기 2차전지가 충전되는 동안 증가되는 표면온도 특성 및 전위 특성을 나타내는 Ni-MH 전지의 형태이고, 상기 2차전지는 충전이 완료되면 전지 전압이 저하되기 시작하고 전지의 표면온도가 약 50℃를 초과하여 증가하는 2차전지용 충전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적외선센서가 상기 전지가 충전되는 동안 상기 전지용 충전기와 결합되는 경우를 제외하고 상기 2차전지의 표면과 접촉되지 않는 2차전지용 충전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2차전지의 전위를 검출하는 전위탐지 수단을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 충전조절 회로가 상기 2차전지의 검출된 표면온도와 독립적이며 상기 전위 탐지수단에 의해 검출되는 전위에 의해 2차전지의 충전을 중지하는 수단을 추가로 포함하는 2차전지용 충전기.
