Claims (3)
- 강철이면금속과; 상기 강철이면금속을 밀폐되게 둘러싸는 하우징과; 상기 강철이면금속의 내주면에 소결과 동시에 접합되는 철계 소결합금층과; 상기 철게 소결합금층에 함침되며, ISO 점도등급 100∼1500, 40℃에서의 동점도는 98∼1500cSt, 점도지수는 120∼50인 윤활오일과, ISO 점도등급 220∼680, 40℃에서의 동점도가 210∼670cSt, 점도지수 90∼110인 윤활오일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활오일이 함침된 미끄럼베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윤활오일은 200㎛ 이하의 입도를 가지는 흑연 또는 이황화몰리브덴 분말을 선택적으로 또는 함께 부피비로 50%까지 더 부가되어 현탁되는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활오일이 함침된 미끄럼베어링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 상부 일측에는 윤활오일 주입구가 개폐가능하게 형성되고,상기 강철이면금속은 상기 하우징의 윤활오일 주입구와 대응하는 위치의 외주면 둘레에 환형의 유도홈을 가지는 한편 이 유도홈상에는 다수의 제1급유공이 상기 소결합금층까지 연통하도록 반경방향으로 관통형성되며,상기 소결합금층은 상기 강철이면금속의 환형 유도홈상에 형성된 제1급유공들과 대응하는 위치의 원주방향 전체에 걸쳐 그 소결합금층이 제거된 환형공간부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활오일이 함침된 미끄럼베어링.
