Claims (10)
- 자기성 입자의 혼입에 의해 자기화된 유기 중합체 비드(bead)인 건조 중합체 비드 제제에 있어서, 각 중합체 비드는 쉽게 용해되는 코팅 물질로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 코팅 물질은 그 두께가 20nm 내지 50㎛이고 수성 현탁액에 쉽게 용해되는 당(糖)인 것을 특징으로 하는 건조 중합체 비드 제제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 당(糖)이 만나이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 당이 트레할로스(trehalose)인 것을 특징으로 하는 건조 중합체 비드 제제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅물의 두께가 0.1㎛ 내지 5㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 건조 중합체 비드 제제.
- 하기 단계로 이루어진, 제1항에 따른 건조 중합체 비드의 제조방법: (1) 중합체 비드(각 중합체 비드는 이에 혼입된 하나 이상의 자기성 입자를 갖는다)를 제공하고, (2) 비드를 피복하기 위한 당(糖)(액체에 쉽게 용해됨)을 함유하는 액체 중 상기 중합체 비드의 현탁액을 제조하고, (3) 현탁액의 잔류물로부터 액체를 제거하기 위해 현탁액을 분무 건조시켜서 하나 이상의 중합체 비드를 갖는 비말을 포함하는 생성물을 제조하고, (4) 그 후, 생성물로부터 하나 이상의 중합체 비를 갖지 않는 어떤 비말을 제거해서 당(糖)으로 피복된 건조 중합체 비드를 얻는다.
- 제5항에 있어서, 현탁액의 분무 건조가 95% 초과의 비말(飛沫)이 단하나의 중합체 비드를 함유할 때까지 수행되는 것을 특징으로 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 중합체 비드가 현탁된 액체가 분무 건조 전에 약 0.1 내지 약 30중량%의 당을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 중합체 비드가 현탁된 액체가 분무 건조 전에 약 1 내지 약 10중량%의 당을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 당이 만나이트(mannite)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 당이 트레할로오스(trehalose)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
