Claims (1)
- 노즐 양극(2)과 홀더(4)내에 고정된 봉형상의 음극(3)을 갖춘 하우징(1)을 포함하는 전극 아크 플라즈마 토치로서, 상기 노즐 양극(2)과 음극(3)이 상기 하우징(1)내에 동축으로 배열되어 있으며, 상기 하우징이 다공성 열전도 재료(6)로 채워진 파이프 연결기(5)를 통해서, 열전도 재료로 제조된 튜브(9)를 에워싸고 있는 흡습제로 채워져 있는 작동 액체용 용기(7)에 연결되어 있으며, 상기 튜브가 상기 노즐 양극(2)과 마주보는 단부에 통로(11)를 가진 플랜지(10)를 가지며, 상기 홀더(4)가 상기 튜브의 내측에 배열되고 상기 튜브와 전기 절연되어 있는 전극 아크 플라즈마 토치에 있어서, 상기 튜브 플랜지(10)와 상기 노즐 양극(2)사이에 끼워져 있는 열전도 재료로 제조된 슬리브형 삽입물(12)을 포함하며, 상기 삽입물이 상기 노즐 양극(2)과 마주보는 표면상에 통로(13)를 그리고 외측 원통형 표면상에 통로(14)를 제공하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 아크 플라즈마 토치.
