Claims (10)
- 종방향 축 및 횡방향 축; 착용자 대향 표면 및 가멘트 대향 표면; 상면시이트, 배면시이트 및 상기 상면시이트와 상기 배면시이트 사이에 위치된 흡수 구조체를 포함하는 세개의 주요소(각각 착용자 대향 표면 및 가멘트 대향 표면을 포함함)를 포함하고, 상기 상면시이트의 제 1 통과층의 일체형 신장부를 포함하는 날개 또는 측부 래핑 요소를 포함하지 않는, 개선된 액체 흡수능, 재습윤, 차폐 효과 및 안락함을 갖는 흡수제품으로서,상기 상면시이트가 제 1 통과층 및 제 2 통과층을 포함하고;상기 제 1 통과층과 상기 제 2 통과층이 서로 연결되고;상기 제 1 통과층이 상기 상면시이트의 착용자 대향 표면을 제공하며, 큰 액체 수송 개구를 갖는 필름 물질로 제조되고;상기 큰 액체 수송 개구가 1.4㎟ 내지 3.0㎟의 개개의 개방 면적을 갖고, 제 1 통과층의 총 면적의 5% 내지 20%를 차지하는 총 개방 면적을 갖고, 상면시이트의 제 1 통과층의 가장 큰 횡방향 폭의 종방향 중심 90%에만 분포되어 있고, 가장 긴 내부 대각선 길이 및 가장 짧은 내부 대각선 길이(이때, 상기 가장 긴 내부 대각선 길이 대 가장 짧은 내부 대각선 길이의 비는 1 내지 6임)를 가지며, 상기 필름의 표면으로부터 0.3㎜ 이상으로 상기 가멘트 대향 표면을 향하도록 배향된 벽을 갖고;상기 필름 물질이 증류수와 필름이 최초 접촉시에 접촉각이 90°미만을 이루도록 친수성이고;상기 제 2 통과층이 상기제 1 통과층과 상기 흡수 구조체 사이에 위치하고, 고 로프트 섬유상 물질로 제조되며;상기 섬유상 물질이 50% 이상의 공극 부피를 갖고, 0.3㎜ 이상의 두께를 가지며, 적어도 상기 제 1 통과층의 상기 필름 물질만큼 친수성인 흡수제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 큰 액체 수송 개구가 상기 상면시이트의 상기 제 1 통과층의 상기 가장 큰 횡방향 폭의 종방향 중심 80%에만 분포되어 있는 흡수제품.
- 종방향 축 및 횡방향 축; 착용자 대향 표면 및 가멘트 대향 표면; 상면시이트, 배면시이트 및 상기 상면시이트와 상기 배면시이트 사이에 위치된 흡수 구조체를 포함하는 세개의 주요소(각각 착용자 대향 표면 및 가멘트 대향 표면을 포함함); 각각 굽힘축을 따라 절첩될 수 있는 날개 또는 측부 래핑 요소를 포함하는, 개선된 액체 흡수능, 재습윤, 차폐 효과 및 안락함을 갖는 흡수제품으로서,상기 상면시이트가 제 1 통과층 및 제 2 통과층을 포함하고;상기 제 1 통과층과 상기 제 2 통과층이 서로 연결되고;상기 제 1 통과층이 상기 상면시이트의 착용자 대향 표면을 제공하고, 상기 날개 또는 측부 래핑 요소의 적어도 일부를 일체형으로 형성하며, 큰 액체 수송 개구를 갖는 필름 물질로 제조되고;상기 큰 액체 수송 개구가 1.4㎟ 내지 3.0㎟의 개개의 개방 면적을 갖고, 제 1 통과층의 총 면적의 5% 내지 20%를 차지하는 총 개방 면적을 갖고, 상기 날개 또는 측부 래핑 요소의 굽힘축들간의 가장 짧은 횡방향 거리의 종방향 중심 90%에만 분포되어 있고, 가장 긴 내부 대각선 길이 및 가장 짧은 내부 대각선 길이(이때, 상기 가장 긴 내부 대각선 길이 대 가장 짧은 내부 대각선 길이의 비는 1 내지 6임)를 가지며, 상기 필름의 표면으로부터 0.3㎜ 이상으로 상기 가멘트 대향 표면을 향하도록 배향된 벽을 갖고;상기 필름 물질이 증류수와 필름이 최초 접촉시에 접촉각이 90°미만을 이루도록 친수성이고;상기 제 2 통과층이 상기 제 1 통과층과 상기 흡수 구조체 사이에 위치하고, 고 로프트 섬유상 물질로 제조되며;상기 섬유상 물질이 50% 이상의 공극 부피를 갖고, 0.3㎜ 이상의 두께를 가지며, 적어도 상기 제 1 통과층의 상기 필름 물질만큼 친수성인 흡수제품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 큰 액체 수송 개구가 상기 날개 또는 상기 측부 래핑 요소의 상기 굽힘축간의 상기 가장 짧은 횡방향 거리의 종방향 중심 85%에만 분포되어 있는 흡수제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 통과층이 액체 수송을 위한 작은 개구를 추가로 갖는 필름 물질로 제조되고;상기 작은 개구가 0.15㎟ 내지 1.4㎟ 미만의 개개의 개방 면적을 갖고;상기 제 1 통과층의 상기 모든 액체 수송 개구의 총 개방 면적이 상기 제 1 통과층의 총 면적의 10% 내지 40%인 흡수제품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 작은 개구가 0.25㎟ 내지 0.4㎟의 개개의 개방 면적을 갖는 흡수제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 큰 액체 수송 개구가 상기 제품의 상기 착용자 대향 표면의 가장 긴 종방향 길이의 횡방향 중심 80%에만 분포되어 있는 흡수제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 섬유상 물질이 90% 이상의 공극 부피를 갖는 흡수제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 섬유상 물질이 20g/㎡ 내지 100g/㎡의 기본 중량을 갖는 흡수제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 통과층과 제 2 통과층이 서로 직접 연결된 흡수제품.
