Claims (16)
- 금속관의 내주면에 주 방향으로 연속되는 휜이 형성됨과 동시에 금속관의 내주면은 그 주방향에 있어서 6개의 영역으로 구분되고, 어느 하나의 영역으로부터 세어서 홀수번의 영역에서는 상기 휜의 전열관 축선에 대한 경사각도가 10∼25°가 되며, 상기 하나의 영역으로부터 세어서 짝수번의 영역에서는 상기 휜의 전열관 축선에 대한 경사각도가 -10∼-25°로 되고, 상기 휜의 피치는 0.3∼0.4mm, 상기 휜의 금속관 내주면으로부터의 높이는 0.15∼0.30mm, 상기 휜의 양측면이 이루는 각도는 10∼25°로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속관은 전봉관이며, 상기 휜은 상기 내주면의 1개소에 있어서 용접선에 의해 분단되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관.
- 금속관의 내주면이 그 주방향에 있어서 2 이상의 영역으로 구분되며, 이들 각 영역의 각각에는 전열관의 축선방향으로 배치된 다수의 휜이 형성되고, 어느 하나의 영역으로부터 세어서 홀수번의 영역에 포함되는 휜은 전열관의 축선에 대해서 10∼25° 경사져 있음과 동시에, 상기 한 영역으로부터 세어서 짝수번의 영역에 포함되는 휜은 전열관의 축선에 대해서 -10∼-25° 경사져 있으며, 주 방향으로 인접하는 상기 휜의 단부끼리의 사이에는 간극이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 동일한 영역에 포함되는 휜은 서로 평행하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 서로 인접하는 영역에 포함되는 휜은 이들 영역의 경계선을 경계로하여 선대칭으로 형성되며, 상기 간극의 폭은 0.05-0.5mm로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 서로 인접하는 영역에 포함되는 휜은 전열관 축선방향으로 서로 피치가 어긋나도록 형성되며, 상기 간극의 폭은 0.05-0.5mm로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관.
- 금속관의 내주면에 이 금속관의 축선방향에 대해 경사진 휜이 다수 형성된 내면홈붙이 전열관에 있어서, 상기 휜은 상기 축선에 대한 경사각도의 플러스.마이너스가 상기 축선방향의 일정간격마다 반대가 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 휜의 경사각도의 절대값은 상기 축선에 대해 10∼25'°로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 휜은 각각 상기 금속관의 내주면의 주 방향으로 연속된 지그재의 형상을 이루고 있음을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 휜은 각각 상기 금속관의 내주면의 주 방향으로 복수로 분할되며, 주 방향으로 서로 인접하는 휜은 상기 전열관 축선에 대한 각도가 플러스.마이너스가 반대로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 휜은 각각 상기 금속관 내주면의 주 방향으로 복수로 분할되며, 주방향으로 서로 인접하는 휜은 상기 전열관 축선에 대한 각도가 서로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 주 방향으로 인접하는 휜의 단부 끼리의 사이에는 간극이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관.
- 금속관의 내주면에 주 방향으로 연속하는 휜이 형성됨과 동시에, 금속관의 내주면은 그 주방향에 있어서 2이상의 영역으로 구분되며, 어느 하나의 영역으로부터 세어서 홀수번의 영역에서는 상기 휜의 전열관 축선에 대한 경사각도가 플러스의 값을 취하며, 상기 하나의 영역으로부터 세어서 짝수번의 영역에서는 상기 휜의 전열관 축선에 대한 경사각도가 마이너스 값을 취하고, 또한 금속관의 축선방향으로 인접하는 상기 휜의 굴절점 끼리를 연결하는 리브가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 금속관은 전봉관이며, 상기 휜은 상기 내주면의 1개소에 있어서 용접선에 의해 분단되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 리브의 상기 금속관 내면으로부터의 돌출량은 상기 휜의 상기 금속관 내면으로부터의 돌출량의 5∼90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관.
- 외주면에 그 주방향에 대해 경사진 홈이 다수 형성된 롤구성부품을 축선 방향으로 2개 이상 적층하여 이루어지고, 서로 인접하는 각 롤구성부품의 외주면에 형성된 홈은 롤 주방향에 대한 각도의 플러스.마이너스가 반대가 되며, 각 롤구성부품의 축선 방향 양단의 에지는 곡률반경 0.05∼0.1mm가 되도록 챔퍼링 가공되어, 인접하는 각 롤 구성부품의 경계에는 리브 형성용 홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내면홈붙이 전열관 제조용 롤.
