Claims (15)
- 니오븀 성분을 그의 수산화물 또는 산의 형태로 사용하여 대응하는 금속 성분 및 대응하는 납 성분과 습식 혼합시키고, 건조 및 하소시키는 것을 포함하는, 일반식 Pb3Me(Ⅱ)A2O9또는 Pb2Me(Ⅲ)AO6(여기서, A는 Nb이고, Me는 Mg, Fe, Co, Ni, Cr, Mn, Cd, Cu 및 Zn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨)에 해당하는 페로브스카이트 구조의 납 금속 니오베이트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모든 성분들의 습식 혼합이 단일 공정으로 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 습식 혼합이 5 내지 90분에 걸쳐서 수행되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 하소가 600 내지 1,000 ℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 하소가 600 내지 1,000 ℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 탄탈륨 성분을 그의 수산화물 또는 산의 형태로 사용하여 대응하는 금속 성분 및 대응하는 납 성분과 습식 혼합시키고, 건조 및 하소시키는 것을 포함하는, 일반식 Pb3Me(Ⅱ)A2O9또는 Pb2Me(Ⅲ)AO6(여기서, A는 Ta이고, Me는 Mg, Fe, Co, Ni, Cr, Mn, Cd, Cu 및 Zn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨)에 해당하는 페로브스카이트 구조의 납 금속 탄탈레이트의 제조 방법.

- 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 습식 혼합이 5 내지 90분에 걸쳐서 수행되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 하소가 600 내지 1,000 ℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법,
