Claims (1)
- 시스템에 고정지지되고 사각으로 중공된 고정 스테이지와, 상기 고정 스테이지의 중공부에 소정 방향으로 이동이 가능하도록 지지되는 이송 스테이지와, 상기 이송 스테이지의 각 모서리에서 연장되어 고정 스테이지에 연결되는 탄성 힌지와, 일측이 상기 고정 스테이지에 의해 고정지지되고 타측은 상기 이송 스테이지의 측면부에 접촉되는 압전 액츄에이터와, 상기 압전 액츄에이터에 위치조정을 위한 전압을 공급하는 전원공급부를 포함하여 구성된 미세위치 조정장치에 있어서,상기 전원공급부는 외부에서 입력된 위치지령 신호와 이송 스테이지의 위치 데이터를 입력받아 이송 방향 및 이송 거리를 계산하는 제1 혼합기와, 상기 제1 혼합기의 출력신호를 입력받아 비례미분적분을 수행하는 비례미분적분(PID) 제어기와, 이송 스테이지의 위치 데이터를 입력받아 미분을 수행하고 소정의 이득(gain)을 곱하여 출력하는 미분회로와, 상기 비례미분적분 제어기 및 미분회로의 출력신호를 입력받아 제동값(damping)을 보상시키는 제2 혼합기와, 상기 제2 혼합기의 출력신호를 아날로그 신호로 변환시켜 기준 전압을 출력하는 디지털/아날로그(D/A) 변환기와, 상기 디지털/아날로그 변환기에서 출력되는 기준 전압을 증폭하여 압전 액츄에이터로 공급하여 이송 스테이지를 이동시키는 고전압 증폭기로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 미세위치 조정장치.
