Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 표면이 평탄한 출광면(14)을 가진 기재층(15, 35)과, 이 기재층(15, 35)의 입광면쪽에 볼록형상으로 형성된 렌티큐라렌즈형상을 한 렌즈부(12, 32) 및, 이 렌즈부(12, 32)의 적어도 입광면 근방에 형성된 착색층(13, 33)을 구비하고서, 상기 기재층(15, 35)이 착색되지 않거나 또는 상기 착색층(13, 33)보다 옅게 착색된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌티큐라렌즈시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 착색층(13)이 렌즈형상을 따른 형상으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌티큐라렌즈시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 착색층(13)의 두께가 상기 렌티큐라렌즈형상의 피치의 0.05 ∼ 1.0 배인 것을 특징으로 하는 렌티큐라렌즈시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 착색층(13)의 두께가 시트두께의 1/2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 렌티큐라렌즈시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈부(12)의 렌티큐라렌즈형상이 대체로 단면 타원단면형을 하고서, 그 가로직경을 a, 세로직경을 b로 했을 때 그 렌티큐라렌즈형상의 정상부에서의 상기 착색층(13)의 두께(t1)가 대략 t1= b - b2/ (a2+ b2)1/2식으로 나타내어지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌티큐라렌즈시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채색층(13)의 두께가, 상기 각 렌즈부(12)의 중심부의 두께를 t1, 끝부분의 렌즈면에 수직으로 측정한 두께를 t2가 했을때 t1〉 t2가 되도록 정해진 것을 특징으로 하는 렌티큐라렌즈시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 착색층(13)에 확산제가 혼입된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌티큐라렌즈시트.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 착색층(13)에 혼입되는 확산제의 농도를 C1, 상기 기재층(15)에 혼입되는 확산제의 농도를 C0라 했을 때 0 ≤ C0〈 C1이 성립되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌티큐라렌즈시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 착색층(13)에 확산제가 혼입되지 않고, 상기 기재층(15)은 착색되지 않거나 또는 상기 착색층(13)보다 옅게 착색되어 있는 한편, 이들 착색층(13)과 기재층(15) 사이에 확산제가 혼입된 확산층(16, 16c)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌티큐라렌즈시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈부(12)의 렌티큐라렌즈형상이, 그 접선이 렌티큐라렌즈시트면에 대해 임계각 이상의 각도로 된 부분을 포함하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌티큐라렌즈시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재층(15)의 평탄한 출광면이 평면 또는 매트면으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌티큐라렌즈시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 렌티큐라렌즈시트의 두께가 1.5 mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 렌티큐라렌즈시트.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 기재층(15)의 출광면에 반사방지층이나 저반사층, 편광필터층, 대전방지층, 눈부심방지층, 하드코팅층 중 한가지 이상이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌티큐라렌즈시트.
- 표면이 평탄한 출광면(34)을 가진 기재층(35)과, 이 기재층(35)의 입광면쪽에 볼록형상으로 형성된 렌티큐라형상을 한 렌즈부(32) 및, 이 렌즈부(32)의 적어도 임광면 근방에 형성된 착색층(33)을 구비하고서, 상기 기재층이 착색되지 않거나 또는 상기 착색층(33)보다 옅게 착색되고, 상기 기재층(32)의 출광면(34)에는 반사방지층이나 저반사층, 편광필터층, 대전방지층, 눈부심방지층 및 하드코팅층 중 한가지 이상이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 전면판.
- 표면이 평탄한 출광면(14)을 가진 기재층(15)과 이 기재층(15)의 입광면쪽에 볼록형상으로 형성된 렌티큐라렌즈형상을 한 렌즈부(12) 및 이 렌즈부(12)의 적어도 입광면 근방에 형성된 착색층(13)을 구비하고서 상기 기재층(15)이 착색되지 않거나 상기 착색층(13)보다 옅게 착색되어 이루어진 렌티큐라렌즈시트(10)와, 이 렌티큐라렌즈시트(10)의 광원쪽에 배치된 프레스넬렌즈시트(20)를 갖추어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 투과형 스크린.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 렌티큐라렌즈시트(10)의 관찰측에, 출광면(34)이 평면 또는 매트면으로 된 기재층(35)과 이 기재층(35)의 입광면에 볼록형상으로 형성된 렌티큐라렌즈형상을 하고서 적어도 입광면 근방에 착색층(33)을 구비한 렌즈부(32)를 갖추어 이루어진 디스플레이용 전면판(30)이 더 갖춰진 것을 특징으로 하는 투과형 스크린.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 기재층(35)의 출광면(34)에 반사방지층이나 저반사층, 편광필터층, 대전방지층, 눈부심방지층 및 하드코팅층 중 한가지 이상이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 투과형 스크린.
- 제15항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 투과형 스크린에서 전광선투과율이 40 내지 70 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 투과형 스크린.
