Claims (10)
- 기판위에 반사층, 전하발생층 및 전하수송층이 차례로 적층되고, 상기 전하수송층 상단에 전장 변색소자 및 보호층이 적층된 구조로 이루어지며, 레이저 광을 조사하여 전하발생층에서 전하를 발생하고 이를 전하 수송층에서 수송하여 전장변색소자의 색을 변색시킴으로써 광기록을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
- 전하발생층은 전하발생 물질로서 폴리아조계, 페닐렌 테트라 카르복시디이드계, 폴리사이클릭 퀴논계, 프탈로시아닌계, 스퀴아릴륨계, 시아피릴륨계를 적어도 1종이상을 수지에 분산시켜 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 전하수송층은 전하수송물질로서 프탈로 시아닌계, 하이드라존계, 피라졸린계, 스틸벤즈계, 트리페닐 메탄계, 헤테로 사이클계, 컨쥬게이트 아릴아미드계를 적어도 1종 이상을 수지에 분산시켜 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 수지는 기록파장 대역의 광에 대하여 80%이상의 투과를 할 수 있는 폴리카보네이트, 폴리 메틸 메타 크릴레이트, 폴리스티렌, 아몰퍼스 폴리올레핀중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전장변색소자는 하기일반식 (I) 내지 (VII)의 화합물중 적어도 1종 이상 선택 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.(여기에서, n은 4이상의 정수; R1~R9은 수소, 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 페닐기; X-는 ClO4-, BF4-, AsF5-이다).
- 제1항 또는 5항에 있어서, 전장 변색소자는 용매에 대하여 0.2~20중량%로 첨가하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전장 변색소자는 그 위에 다시 포토마스크가 박막되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전장발생층 및 전하수송층은 하나의 무기증착 층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전장변색소자 상단에 스페이서를 형성하여 공기층을 이루고, 상기 공기층을 이루는 스페이서 상단에 보호층이 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 무기증착층은 셀레늄계, 카드뮴 설파이드계, 징크옥사이드계, 아몰퍼스 실리콘계중 적어도 1종 이상인것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
