Claims (11)
- 하기 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2로 표시되는 티아졸 (thiazole) 고리를 포함하는 벤조 크라운 에테르 (benzo crown ether) 유도체인 코로난드 (coronand) 화합물화학식 1화학식 2상기 화학식 1 및 화학식 2에서 W 는 수소, 알콕시 카보닐, 니트로, 아미노 또는 알킬 (C1∼C20)이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 화합물은 비스(5,16-티아졸일-1,2,10,11-벤젠)코로난드 18-C-6, 1,2-벤젠-5,16-디티아졸일-10,11-(4'-카르보메톡시)벤젠 코로난드 18-C-6 및 1,2-벤젠-5,17-디티아졸일-10,12-카르보메톡시벤젠 코로난드 19-C-6 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코로난드 화합물
- 1) 카테콜과 아이오도아세트아미드 (iodoacetamide) 및 K2CO3를 반응시켜 아미드를 제조하는 단계 (제 1단계);2) 제 1단계에서 제조된 아미드를 라웨슨 시약 (Lawesson's reagent) 또는 포스포러스 펜타설파이드 (phosphorus pentasulfide)를 이용하여 티오화 (thionation)시켜 티오아미드를 제조하는 단계 (제 2단계);3) 제 2단계에서 제조된 티오아미드를 에틸 브로모피루베이트 (ethyl bromopyruvate)와 반응시켜 2-치환-4-카베톡시티아졸을 제조하는 단계 (제 3단계);4) 제 3단계에서 제조된 2-치환-4-카베톡시티아졸을 환원시켜 2-치환-4-히드록시메틸티아졸을 제조하는 단계 (제 4단계);5) 제 4단계에서 제조된 2-치환-4-히드록시메틸티아졸을 메실화(mesylation)시킨 다음 할로겐화 반응시켜 2-치환-4-할로메틸티아졸을 제조하는 단계 (제 5단계) 및6) 카테콜 또는 레조르시놀 (resorcinol) 유도체와 KH 를 반응시켜 얻어진 알콕사이드와 제 5단계에서 제조된 2-치환-4-할로메틸티아졸을 반응시켜 본 발명의 티아졸 고리를 포함한 벤조 크라운 에테르 유도체인 코로난드를 제조하는 단계 (제 6단계) 로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항의 티아졸 고리를 포함하는 벤조 크라운 에테르 유도체인 코로난드 화합물의 제조방법
- 제 3항에 있어서, 제 3단계 반응은 에탄올 용매를 건조시켜 수행하며, 제 4단계 반응은 -45∼-35 ℃의 온도에서 리튬 알루미늄하이드라이드 (LAH)를 이용하여 테트라히드로퓨란 (THF) 용매하에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코로난드 화합물의 제조방법
- 제 1항의 벤조 크라운 에테르 유도체인 코로난드 화합물을 포함하는 호스트 (host) 물질용 조성물
- 제 5항에 있어서, 코로난드 화합물은 환경 분석시 또는 생체 시료 분석시 시료 중의 암모늄 이온과 그 유도체를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코로난드 화합물을 포함하는 호스트 물질용 조성물
- 제 5항에 있어서, 조성물은 이온 센서 (ion sensor), 광 센서 (optical sensor), 가스 센서 (gas sensor), 바이오 센서 (biosensor), 크로마토그래피 (chromatography), 광자극 이온 결합 수지 (photostimulated ion-binding resin), 이온 교환 수지 (ion exchange resin) 및 유기 반응에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코로난드 화합물을 포함하는 호스트 물질용 조성물
- 제 7항에 있어서, 조성물은 특정 이온을 정량할 수 있는 이온 선택성 물질 (ionophore), 신호변환부 역할을 하는 이온 선택성 막 (ion-selective membrane), 이온이나 중성 유기물질을 분리하는 정지상, 이온 결합을 이용하여 각종 알칼리 (토)금속 및 중금속을 분리, 회수, 농축 및 제거하는 용도 또는 상 전이제로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코로난드 화합물을 포함하는 호스트 물질용 조성물
- 제 7항에 있어서, 이온 센서 및 바이오 센서의 신호변환부에 사용되는 조성물은 이온 선택성 물질인 제 1항의 티아졸 고리를 포함하는 벤조 크라운 에테르 유도체인 코로난드 화합물, 지지체 (matrix)인 고분자 (polymer) 및 가소제 (plasticizer)인 비휘발성 유기용매로 이루어지거나 이에 더하여 친유성 첨가제 (lipophilic additive)를 더 포함하여, 이온 선택성 막전극 (ion-selective membrane electrode)을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코로난드 화합물을 포함하는 호스트 물질용 조성물
- 제 7항에 있어서, 바이오 센서는 기질에 대한 생성물질로 암모늄 이온 또는 그 유도체를 내 놓을 수 있는 효소층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코로난드 화합물을 포함하는 호스트 물질용 조성물
- 제 9항에 있어서, 지지체는 고분자 화합물인 폴리비닐클로라이드, 폴리우레탄 또는 실리콘 고무이고; 가소제는 에테르 계열의 화합물인 비스[2-에틸헥실]아디페이트와 비스[2-에틸헥실]세바케이트, 비스[2-에틸헥실]프탈레이트, 비스[1-뷰틸페닐]아디페이트 또는 2-나이트로페닐 옥틸 에테르이고; 친유성 첨가제는 테트라키스(4-클로로페닐)보론 포타슘 또는 테트라도데실암모늄 테트라키스(4-클로로페닐)보레이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코로난드 화합물을 포함하는 호스트 물질용 조성물
