Claims (2)
- 차량이 주행중 노면과 마찰력을 이용해 동작하거나 제동을 직접 실행하는 각 바퀴와;상기 각 바퀴의 속도를 검출하기 위해 바퀴 부근에 위치해 사인파 형태의 차륜 속도에 관한 정보를 출력하는 휠 속도 센서와;운전자의 제동 의지를 수반해 상기 휠 속도 센서로부터 각 차륜의 속도를 측정하고 다단식으로 각 바퀴로 제동압을 가하여 차량의 제동능력을 높이고 차량의 스핀 현상을 방지하도록 제어하는 ABS와;상기 ABS에서 출력되는 각 바퀴에 대한 제어 신호를 입력받아 각 바퀴에 제동압력을 가하는 구동부와;상기 ABS와 통신을 하여 엔진에 걸리는 토크를 전송하고 토크 저감 입력 신호를 입력받아 엔진에 걸리는 토크를 저감시키는 엔진 제어장치로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔 통신을 이용한 제동장치.
- 운전자가 차량에 제동력을 걸게되는 경우 ABS는 속도와 차륜 속도를 이용해 슬립률을 계산하는 단계와;ABS는 엔진 제어장치와 캔 통신을 하여 현재 엔진의 토크를 리드하고, 차량 제동 장치 작동 조건인가 판단하는 단계와;ABS는 제동 조건이 만족되는 경우 구동부로 신호를 출력해 각 바퀴를 제동하며 엔진 제어장치로 엔진 토크를 저감시키라는 신호를 출력하는 단계와;엔진 제어장치는 상기 ABS의 엔진 토크 저감 신호를 입력받아 엔진에 걸리는 토크를 저감시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 캔 통신을 이용한 제동 방법.
