Claims (2)
- 사카린 나트륨 혹은 칼륨염 10-25중량%, 안식향산 나트륨 혹은 칼륨염 2-10중량%, 나프탈렌에 술폰기를 가지며 포름알데히드와의 축합반응물의 나트륨염 혹은 칼륨염으로된 계면활성제 2-80중량%, 및 잔부 물로 조성되며, 상기 사카린 나트륨 혹은 칼륨염: 안식향산 나트륨 혹은 칼륨염:계면활성제의 비가 2-4:1:1.5-3 중량비로된 용액에, 아릴 알코올이 1.0mmol/ℓ에서 0.1mol/ℓ까지의 범위로 함유된 아연-니켈 합금 전기도금욕 첨가제.
- 아연이온농도 20-150g/ℓ, 니켈 이온농도 0.1-15g/ℓ 및 염소이온농도 100-300g/ℓ로된 염화물계 아연-니켈 합금도금욕에 청구범위 1항의 첨가제를 0.1-2.0ml/ℓ를 첨가하는 단계; 및 도금욕 온도 50-70℃, pH 1.0-4.5, 전류밀도 20-180A/d㎡ 및 상대유속 0.5-2.5m/sec로 상기 도금용액을 강판에 전기도금하는 단계;를 포함하는 아연-니켈 합금 전기도금강판 제조방법.
