Claims (5)
- 하수오니를 하수처리장내에서 수증기 건조방식에 의해 수분함량 15 내지 35 중량%로 건조한 후, 건조오니를 시멘트를 구성하는 총원료의 0.5 내지 10 중량% 범위에서 시멘트 제조용 원료들과 배합하거나, 또는 상기 건조오니를 시멘트 제조공정에서 보조연료로서 사용함으로써 하수오니를 처리하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하수오니 건조시 하수처리장내 소화조에서 발생되는 메탄가스를 보조열원으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수오니의 처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하수오니 건조를, 7 내지 10kg/cm2의 증기압 및 200 내지 350℃의 온도가 유지되는 건조기내에서 10 내지 30분의 체류시간동안 5 내지 30톤/hr의 속도로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수오니의 처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 건조오니가 1,500kcal/kg 이상의 열량을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수오니의 처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,건조오니를 별도의 추가 공정없이 원료분쇄기(raw mill)에 바로 투입하여 시멘트 원료들과 배합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수오니의 처리방법.
