Claims (2)
- 트롤리(1)에는 쉬브(2)가 설치되고 와이어 로프(3)는 쉬브(2)로부터 연장하여 헤드블록(4)을 매달고 있는 컨테이너 크레인에 있어서,트롤리(1)의 양측에는 쉬브(2)가 설치되며 각각의 쉬브(2)는 유압실린더(5)에 의해서 이동가능하게 설치되고 유압실린더(5)에는 리니어 볼티지 디퍼렌설 트랜스미터가 내장되어 유압실린더의 이동거리를 감지하여 신호를 PLC로 보내며, 쉬브(2)의 중심축의 양단에는 치차휠(6)이 설치되고 치차휠(6)은 트롤리의 치차레일(7)에 맞물려 있고 치차레일(7)의 내측에는 일정간격을 두고 2개의 리미트 스위치(8)가 설치되며 리미트 스위치(8)는 쉬브(2)가 유압실린더(5)에 의해서 이동되어 접촉하게 되면 비상정지 신호를 PLC로 보내고 PLC(9)는 리미트 스위치(8)로부터 신호를 받으며 콘트롤 로직을 통해 비례제어밸브(30)로 신호를 보내고 각각의 비례제어밸브(30)는 유압실린더(5)에 제어용 유압을 보내고 유압실린더(5)의 작동에 따라 스웨이 앵글 센서가 스웨이 앵글을 검출하여 PLC(9)로 보내게 구성된 유압실린더 제어를 이용한 스웨이 제동용 쉬브 작동 시스템.
- 트롤리 이동 제어는 목표지점에서 스웨이 앵글 10도 이상만 트롤리 구동모터에 의하여 제어하고, 스웨이 앵글 10도 이하가 되면 자동적으로 쉬브 작동 시스템이 작동하여 스웨이를 제동하며, 스프레더 착상시에도 미조정하여 진동요소를 제거하는 유압실린더 제어를 이용한 스웨이 제동용 쉬브 작동 시스템.
