Claims (1)
- 중량%로, W: 80-98%를 주성분으로 하고, Ni: 2.5-16%, Fe: 1.0-10%, Co: 0.01-5.0%, Mn: 0.01-2.0%로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 2 이상의 원소를 포함하는 소결 합금을, 1000-1300℃의 온도 범위에서 5분-1시간 동안 유지한 후 수냉 또는 유냉하는 열처리를 5회-20회 반복적으로 수행하고, 1435-1495℃의 온도에서 1분-3시간 재소결함으로써, 텅스텐 입자의 형상을 불규칙하게 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 텅스텐기 소결 합금의 열처리 방법.
