Claims (3)
- 기록매체인 디스크와, 상기 디스크면에 소정의 데이타를 기록하고 기록된 데이타를 재생하는 트랜듀서와, 상기 트랜듀서를 상기 디스크상에서 이동시키는 액츄에이터를 가지는 자기 디스크 구동장치에 있어서,다수개로 구획된 디스크 구간들을 정방향으로 순차 탐색하면서 제1탐색구간별 토크상수 게인을 산출하고, 상기 디스크 구간들을 역방향으로 순차 탐색하면서 제2탐색구간별 역방향 토크상수 게인을 산출하는 과정과,상기 디스크의 각 구간에서 산출된 정방향 및 역방향 토크상수 게인들을 서로 스웹핑하여 각 구간에서의 정방향 및 역방향 토크상수 게인 기울기를 계산하여 저장하는 과정과,서보제어시 상기 토크상수 게인 기울기로부터 현재 트랜듀서가 위치한 실린더정보에 대응되는 토크상수 게인을 산출하여 제어출력값에 승산함으로서 토크상수를 보상하는 과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 토크상수 보상방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토크상수 게인은 서보제어계 설계시 단위시간동안 상기 액츄에이터가 이동한 거리를 각 탐색구간에서 단위시간동안 상기 액츄에이터가 실제 이동한 거리로 나누어 산출함을 특징으로 하는 토크상수 보상방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 정방향 및 역방향 토크상수 게인의 기울기는 상기 디스크의 각 구간의 중앙값을 세그먼트 실린더로 설정한후 해당 구간별 산출된 양방향 토크상수를 이용하여 정방향 및 역방향 토크상수 게인의 기울기를 산출함을 특징으로 하는 토크상수 보상방법.
