Claims (7)
- 해수중에 설치된 격자상 프레임상에 설치된 다수개의 지주부재에 연결되어 해수면상에 위치한 다수개의 부선이 파도에 의하여 승강작동하는 단계와; 각 부선의 승강운동을 회전운동으로 변환시키는 단계와; 이 회전운동에 의하여 각 부선에 설치된 압력유체 발생수단을 작동시키는 단계와; 이 압력유체 발생수단 작동단계에서 발생되는 압력유체를 주이송관으로 이송함과 아울러 압력유체의 압력이 설정치 이상으로 되었을 때 가버너 스필 밸브가 자동적으로 열려 압력을 강하시키고 다시 압력유체의 압력이 설정치 이하로 되면 가버너 스필 밸브가 자동적으로 닫혀 정상적인 이송이 이루어지도록 하여, 이송경로중에 설치된 서지탱크에 의하여 압력유체의 맥동현상이 완화되도록 하는 단계와; 상기 주이송관으로 이송된 압력유체를 이용하여 터빈을 작동시키는 단계와; 터빈에 연동되는 발전기를 작동시켜 전력을 발생시키는 단계;로 구성되는 파력 발전 방법.
- 해상에 일정한 범위내에서 해저 일정한 깊이에 설치되며 중앙의 발전섹터(S1)와 이 발전섹터를 중심으로 일정 간격으로 배치되는 다수개의 압력유체발생섹터(S2)를 가지며, 일부는 내부에 압축공기가 주입되어 부력을 가지고 다른 일부는 압력유체의 이송을 위한 파이프라인으로 이용되는 프레임(100)과; 이 프레임을 해상에 유동가능하게 지지하는 프레임 지지수단(200)과; 상기 프레임(200)의 압력유체발생섹터에 각각 설치되어 그 상단 일부가 해수면상으로 돌출되는 다수개의 선회수단(300)과; 이 선회수단의 상단에 연결되는 승강지지수단(400)과; 상기 각 승강지지수단(400)의 선단에 연결되어 해수면상에서 파도에 의하여 승강운동하는 부선(500)과; 이 부선(500)에 설치되어 부선의 승강운동을 회전력으로 전환시키는 회전력 발생수단(600)과; 각 부선(500)의 상면에 설치되는 압력유체 발생수단(700)과; 상기 회전력 발생수단(600)의 일방향 회전력만을 압력유체 발생수단(700)측으로 전달하는 일방향 전동수단(800)과; 각 압력유체 발생수단(700)에서 토출되는 압력유체를 발전섹터로 이송하는 압력유체 이송수단(900)과; 상기 발전섹터에 설치되어 상기 압력유체 이송수단에서 이송되는 압력유체에 의하여 발전에 필요한 동력을 발생시키는 터빈(T) 및; 이 터빈에 의하여 구동되는 발전기(G)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 파력 발전 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 선회수단(300)은 상기 각 압력유체발생섹터에 회전가능하게 설치되며 상단이 압력유체 발생수단에 연결됨과 아울러 하단이 상기 프레임에 연결되는 중공관체부(312)를 가지는 지주부재(310)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 파력 발전 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 승강지지수단(400)은 선회수단의 해수면상으로 돌출된 상단부에 고정연결되는 와이어 로프(410)와, 선단이 좁고 후단으로 갈수록 점차 넓어지는 삼각형 구조로 형성되어 선단부가 상기 와이어 로프(410)에 연결되고 후단에 상기 부선(500)이 상하고 회동가능하게 힌지 연결되는 연결간(420)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 파력 발전 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 부선(500)은 그 무게 중심이 중앙부에서 후단측으로 편위된 위치에 있도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 파력 발전 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 압력유체 이송수단(900)은 상기 압력유체 발생수단의 토출구에 연결되어 상기 지주부재(310)의 중공관체부(320) 상단에 연결되는 압력유체 이송호스(910)와, 상기 프레임(100)과 상기 터빈 사이에 연결되는 주이송관(950)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 파력 발전 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 압력유체 이송수단(900)을 구성하는 관로의 도중에는 압력유체의 맥동현상을 완화하기 위한 서지탱크(960)가 설치되고, 상기 주이송관(950)은 그 상단이 프레임(100)보다 상부로 연장되어 폐쇄되며 그 상단부근에는 가버너 스필 밸브(970)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 파력 발전 장치.
