Claims (4)
- 흡입유로가 축방향으로 관통 형성된 피스톤의 선단면상에서 착탈되면서 흡입냉매를 차별적으로 통과시키는 흡입밸브와, 그 흡입밸브의 내측면에 중앙부가 고정됨과 아울러 상기 피스톤에 양단이 걸려 흡입밸브를 탄성 지지하는 밸브스프링으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 축방향 밸브장치.
- 냉매유로가 축방향으로 관통 형성된 피스톤의 선단면에 단차지게 일체로 고정됨과 아울러 상기 냉매유로와 연통되는 수개의 냉매통과구가 축방향으로 형성되는 피스톤 헤드와, 그 피스톤 헤드의 냉매통과구를 개폐하면서 흡입냉매를 차별적으로 통과시키는 흡입밸브와, 그 흡입밸브의 내측에 중앙부가 고정됨과 아울러 상기 피스톤과 피스톤 헤드 사이의 단차부에 양단이 유동여유를 두고 걸려 흡입밸브를 탄성지지하는 밸브스프링으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 축방향 밸브장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흡입밸브는 피스톤 헤드의 외측면에 면접촉되도록 안착되는 반면에 상기 밸브스프링은 피스톤의 선단면에 면접촉되도록 안착되어, 흡입밸브의 중앙부에는 내향 연장된 연결돌부가 피스톤 헤드의 중앙에 형성된 밸브안내공을 관통하여 밸브스프링에 일체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 축방향 밸브장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 흡입밸브는 흡입가스의 유동을 원활하도록 그 외주면이 외향확장형으로 테이퍼지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기의 축방향 밸브장치.
