Claims (1)
- SiC 휘스커, Si3N4휘스커, K2O·6TiO2휘스커, 9Al2O3·2B2O3휘스커, Al2O3휘스커, 알루미늄 탄소 섬유 또는 붕소 섬유 중에서 선택된 섬유보강제를 사용하여 체적비 15~35%로 예비성형체를 제조하는 공정,상기 예비성형체내에 기지합금으로서 알루미늄 합금 용탕을 붓은 다음, SF6와 CO2가스가 1 : 1(V/V)로 혼합된 가스 존재하에 그리고 사용된 기지합금의 융점 보다 150~230℃ 높은 온도에서 50~100MPa의 압력하에서 고압주조하는 공정,상기 주물을 160~170℃ 온도에서 과시효 처리하는 공정,상기 과시효 처리된 재료를 360℃에서 열간압출하여 미세결정립을 형성시키는 공정, 그리고상기 미세 결정립을 340~370℃ 온도에서 0.02~70/sec의 변형속도로 재가공하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료의 제조방법.
