Claims (2)
- 오일펌프에서 발생된 유압을 라인압으로 제어하는 압력조절수단과, 고속단에서 상기 압력조절수단을 제어하여 라인압을 저하시키는 라인압 가변수단과, 셀렉터 레버에 연동되어 상기 압력조절수단으로부터 공급되는 유압을 각 변속단으로 공급하는 매뉴얼 밸브와, 트랜스밋션 제어유닛에 의해 제어되면서 라인압을 변속단 제어압으로 공급하는 시프트 컨트롤 밸브와, 각 마찰요소로 공급되는 유압을 제어하는 복수의 시프트 밸브와, 마찰요소로 공급되는 유압을 제어하여 변속충격을 최소화할 수 있는 복수의 압력제어밸브를 구비하여 이루어지는 유압 제어 시스템에 있어서, 상기 복수의 시프트 밸브는, 리어 클러치로 공급되는 유압을 제어하는 2-4/3-4 시프트 밸브와, 킥 다운 서보 및 엔드클러치로 작동압을 공급하는 시프트 타이밍 컨트롤 밸브와, 상기 킥 다운 서보의 해제측 쳄버로 유압을 공급하는 2-3/4-3 시프트 밸브와, 후진시 반력요소를 작동시킴과 아울러 3,4속에서 킥 다운 서어보와 엔드 클러치로 작동압을 공급하는 1-2 시프트 밸브를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 시프트 타이밍 컨트롤 밸브는, 일측단이 시프트 컨트롤 밸브의 4속 관로와 연결되며, 타측단이 라인압에 의해 제어될 수 있도록 매뉴얼 밸브의 1속 관로에 의해 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속기의 유압 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시프트 타이밍 컨트롤 밸브는, 4속 변속단 제어시 반력요소로 작용하는 킥 다운 서보와 입력요소로 작용하는 엔드 클러치가 모두 라인압을 공급할 수 있는 유로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속기의 유압제어 시스템.
