Claims (41)
- A. 분자량 30,000 내지 186,000 및 가수분해도 71 내지 99%의 폴리(비닐 알코올) 10 내지 75 중량%로 이루어지는 중합체 수용액을 제조하는 단계; B. 온도 20℃ 내지 180℃ 및 점도 3 내지 50 Pa sec의 상기 중합체 용액을 직경이 0.20 내지 1.2㎜인 다수의 오리피스를 갖는 다이를 통하여 압출시켜서 다수의 스레드라인(threadline)을 형성하는 단계; C. 상기 스레드라인 각각이 방사 방향으로는 균일한 점도를 실질적으로 유지하는 반면 다이 오리피스를 빠져나가서 8㎝ 이하의 거리에 도달하는 동안에는 다이로부터의 거리가 증가함에 따라 각 스레드라인의 점도가 점진적으로 증가하게 하기에 충분한 조건 하에서 섬유가 유의하게 파손되지 않고 목적하는 유세화 및 평균 섬유 직경을 갖는 섬유를 제공하기에 충분한 속도로 상대 습도 70 내지 100%, 온도 20℃ 내지 100℃, 속도 150 내지 400m/s, 수평 입사각 70°내지 110°및 수직 입사각 90°이하의 제1기체원을 이용하여 상기 스레드라인을 유세화(attenuation)하는 단계; D. 온도 140℃ 내지 320℃, 속도 60 내지 125m/s, 수평 입사각 70°내지 110°및 수직 입사각 90°이하의 제2기체원을 이용하여 상기 스레드라인을 건조시켜서 섬유를 형성하는 단계; E. 평균 섬유 직경이 0.1 내지 10㎛이고 쇼트가 실질적으로 존재하지 않는 상기 섬유를 상기 스레드라인과 최종적으로 접촉하는 기체원이 빠져나가는 개구로부터 10 내지 60㎝ 되는 곳에 위치하는 이동형 유공(有孔) 표면 상에 랜덤하게 침착시켜서 0.4 내지 1.9㎠ 크기의 실질적으로 균일한 웹을 형성하는 단계로 이루어지고, 상기 유세화 및 건조 단계가 조절된 거시적 규모의 교란 조건 하에서 수행 되고 상기 섬유가 직경에 비해 연속적이라고 간주될 수 있는 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 실질적으로 연속인 폴리(비닐 알코올) 섬유로 이루어진 유의하게 개선된 부직 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2기체원 각각의 수평 입사각이 90°이고 상기 유세화 및 건조 단계가 최소의 거시적 규모의 교란 조건 하에서 다른 방법으로 수행되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1기체원이 2개의 제1기체 스트림으로 이루어지는 방법.

- A. 폴리(비닐 알코올)이 30,000 내지 186,000의 분자량 및 71 내지 99%의 가수 분해도를 가지고; B. 섬유가 0.1 내지 10㎛의 평균 섬유 직경을 가지고, 쇼트가 실질적으로 존재하지 않으며, 직경에 비해 연속적인 것으로 간주될 수 있는 길이를 가지고; C. 웹이 0.4 내지 1.9㎠ 크기로 실질적으로 균일한 것을 특징으로 하는 실질적으로 연속인 폴리(비닐 알코올) 섬유로 이루어진 유의하게 개선된 부직 웹.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 실질적으로 연속인 폴리(비닐 알코올) 섬유가 부직 웹의 중량을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 90 중량%의 섬유상 또는 입자상 물질과 섞여있는 부직 웹.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 섬유상 또는 입자상 물질이 목재 펄프인 부직 웹.
- A. 폴리(비닐 알코올)이 30,000 내지 186,000의 분자량 및 71 내지 99%의 가수분해도를 가지고; B. 섬유가 10 내지 30㎛의 평균 섬유 직경을 가지고, 직경이 실질적으로 균일하고; C. 웹이 1.9 내지 6.5㎠ 크기로 실질적으로 균일한 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 폴리(비닐 알코올) 섬유로 이루어진 유의하게 개선된 부직 웹.
