Claims (4)
- 입구로부터 그 내부 안쪽으로 뻗어있는 축방향 구멍을 한정하는 하우징(24)과; 상기 구멍속으로 삽입가능한 튜브(62)를 구비하고, 상기 튜브(62)는 몸체부(66) 및 축방향으로 상기 몸체부의 안쪽으로 연장되어 그 몸체부보다 작은 반경을 가진 내측부 (64)를 포함하고, 상기 몸체부의 외주면에는 업셋부(68)가 돌출 형성되고, 상기 튜브 (62)를 잡고 있기 위해 상기 튜브 및 상기 하우징(24)과 결합되도록 상기 하우징의 구멍내에 위치해 반경방향 안쪽으로 뻗어있는 탄성의 아암들(32)을 가지는 리테이너 (30)를 구비하고, 상기 튜브(62)를 삽입할 때 상기 업셋부(68)가 상기 리테이너(30)의 탄성 아암들(32)과 접촉하여 최대의 저항을 제공하는 애벌랜치 포인트를 한정하고, 상기 하우징(24)의 내주면에 자리잡은 외측 오링부재(76) 및 축방향으로 상기 외측 오링부재의 안쪽에 자리잡은 내측 오링부재(74)를 구비하고, 상기 튜브(62)를 상기 구멍내의 상기 애벌랜치 포인트 또는 축방향으로 그 애벌랜치 포인트 바깥쪽의 임의의 지점에 해당하는 지점까지 삽입하면 상기 튜브는 상기 외측 오링부재(76) 및 내측 오링부재 (74)와 실링되도록 접촉하지 않고, 상기 튜브(62)를 축방향으로 상기 애벌랜치 포인트 안쪽의 임의의 지점까지 삽입하면 상기 튜브의 몸체부(66)는 상기 외측 오링부재(76)와 실링되도록 접촉하고 상기 내측부(64)는 상기 내측 오링부재(74)와 실링되도록 접촉하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 급속 결합 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 업셋부(68)는 상기 튜브(62)가 상기 애벌랜치 포인트에 해당하는 축방향지점까지 삽입될 때 상기 탄력있는 아암들(32)을 반경방향 바깥쪽으로 변형시키고 상기 튜브(62)가 완전삽입지점까지 삽입되어 상기 업셋부(68)가 상기 아암들(32)의 안쪽에 위치하며 상기 아암들은 변형되지 않는 지점으로 복귀됨과 동시에 업셋부(68)와 맞닿아 상기 튜브가 상기 구멍으로부터 빠지는 것을 방지하는 급속 결합 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내측 오링부재(74)는 상기 외측 오링부재(76)보다 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는 급속 결합 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(24)의 구멍은 균일한 내경을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 급속 결합 커플링.
