Claims (7)
- a) 안티몬이 도핑된 산화주석, 인듐이 도핑된 산화 주석, 및 안티몬이 도핑된 산화아민을 함유하는 전도성 미립자 10∼50 중량부;b) 아크릴레이트 올리고머 10∼20 중량부;c) 3 관능성, 2관능성, 및 단 관능성 아크릴레이트 모노머 혼합물 20∼80 중 량부;d) 방향족 케톤류 광중합 개시제 0.1∼10 중량부; 및e) 밀착성 증진제 1∼10 중량부를 포함하는, 25 ℃에서의 점도가 100 cps 이하인 대전 방지 특성 및 내 마모성이 개선된 자외선경화형 아크릴계 피복 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전도성 미립자의 평균 입자 직경이 5 내지 400 nm이고, 입자의 60% 이상이 10 nm 이하인 자외선 경화형 피복 조형물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,아크릴레이트 모노머중 다관능성 모노머: 이관능성 모노머: 단관능성 모노머의 함량비가 10∼90 : 10∼70 : 10∼90인 자외선 경화형 피복 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,광중합 개시제가 파라-디메틸 아미노 벤조페놀, 트리에틸 아민, 또는 알킬 모노폴린을 추가로 포함하는 자외선 경화형 피복조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,밀착성 증진제가 티타늄이소프록포사이드와 아세틸아세토네이트의 부분 가수 분해물과 메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란의 반응물인 자외선 경화형 피복 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상용화제로서 폴리실록산계 화합물 0.1∼5 중량부를 추가로 포함하는 자외선 경화형 피복 조성물.
- a) 평균입자 직경이 5 내지 400 nm이고, 전체입자 60% 이상이 10 nm이하인 안티몬이 도핑된 산화 주석, 인듐이 도핑된 산화 주석, 및 안티몬이 도핑 된 산화 아연을 함유하는 전도성 미립자 10∼50 중량부;b) 아크릴레이트 올리고머 10∼20 중량부;c) 다관능성 모노머: 이관능성 모너머: 단관는성 모노머의 함량비가 10∼90 : 10∼70 : 10∼90인 관능성 아크릴레이트 모노머 혼합 20∼80 중량부;d) 파라-디메틸 아미노 벤조페놀, 트리에틸 아민, 또는 알킬 모노폴린을 포함 하는 방향족 케톤류 광중합 개시제 1∼10 중량부; 및e) 티타늄이소프록포사이드와 아세틸아세토네이트의 부분 가수 분해물과 메 타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란의 반응물을 포함하는 밀착성 증진제 1 ∼10 중량부를 포함하는, 25 ℃에서의 점도가 100 cps 이하인, 대전 방지 특성 및 내마모성이 개선된 자외선 경화형 아크릴계 피복 조성물.
