Claims (13)
- 밀폐공간 ;미립자물질을 상기 밀폐공간으로 주입하기 위한 장치;밀폐공간에 위치되어 있고 상기 미립자 물질을 지지하도록 된 플레이트 ;가스를 받아 들이기 위한 상기 플레이트밑에 위치한 공간 ;상기 공간으로 부터 공기를 받아 들이기 위한 상기 플레이트에 의해 지지되는 여럿의 노즐 ;미립자 물질을 유동화하고 냉각하기 위하여 공기 및 유체를 미립자 물질로 향하게 하는 노즐로 공기와 혼합시키기 위해 냉각유체를 공급하기 위한 각 노즐과 결합된 장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공기 및 유체가 노즐로 부터 배출되기 전에 노즐에서 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공기가 상기 유체를 분사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,냉각유체를 공급하기 위한 장치가 상기 노즐을 통해 공기의 경로에서 상기 냉각 유체를 받아 들이고 배출하기 위한 파이프로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시스템이 유동층 반응기이고 상기 미립자 물질이 반응기에서 연소되는 연료를 포함하는 것을 틀징으로 하는 유동층 연소 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시스템이 스트리퍼/냉각기이고 상기 밀폐공간을 상기 미립자 물질을 받아 들이기 위한 여럿의 구획으로 나누기 위한 장치를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 구획에 배치된 여럿의 노즐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 시스템.
- 미립자 물질을 받아들이기 위한 밀폐공간 ;상기 밀폐공간에 위치하고 상기 미립자 물질을 지지하도록 된 플레이트 ;공기를 받아 들이기 위한 상기 플레이트밑에 위치한 공간 ; 을 가진 유동층 시스템에 사용되며,상기 공간으로 부터 공기를 받아 들이기 위한 상기 플레이트에 의해 지지된 관형 부분 및 ;공기와 혼합하기 위하여 노즐로 냉각유체를 공급하기 위한 장치로 구성되어 있으며.미립자 물질을 유동화 시키기 위하여 공기 및 유체를 상기 플레이트를 통하여 미립자 물질로 향하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동화 노즐.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 공기 및 유체가 노즐에서 배출되기 전에 상기 노즐에서 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동화 노즐.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,냉각유체를 공급하기 위한 장치가 상기 노즐을 통하여 공기의 경로에서 냉각유체를 받아들이고 배출하기 위한 파이프로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유동화 노즐.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 노즐이 공기를 받아 들이기 위한 수직의 관형 부분과, 상기 유체 및 공기를 받아 들이기 위한 상기 관형부분과 통하는 배출부로 구성되어 있으며,상기 배출부는 상기 수직관형부의 축선과 각을 이루며 뻗어 있는 흐름 스트림에 상기 유체 및 공기를 배출하기 위한 적어도 하나의 배출개구를 가진것을 특징으로 하는 유동화 노즐.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 배출부가 상기 수직 관형부와 통해있고, 하부방향으로 각이져서 뻗어 있는 관형 배출부의 형태로 되어 있고, 상기 유체 및 공기가 상기 관형배출부의 단부로 부터 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동화 노즐.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 배출부가 원주상으로 간격을 둔 상태의 외부주위에 형성된 여럿의 방사상으로 뻣어 있는 배출개구를 가진 원형의 배출헤더의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 유동화 노즐.
