Description
Claims (12)
- 회전축; 이 회전축의 외주에 고정되고 회전자 권선을 구비한 회전자; 이 회전자의 외주에 배치되고 고정자 권선을 구비한 고정자; 이 고정자의 외주에 배치되는 프레임과 상기 회전축의 양끝부를 베어링을 거쳐서 회전이 자유롭게 지지하는 엔드브래킷을 구비하고, 상기 회전자와 고정자를 수납하는 케이스 및; 상기 고정자를 냉각시키는냉매통로를 구비한 고정자 냉각기구를 갖는 회전전기에 있어서, 상기 회전자의 회전축방향 양끝부 중의 적어도 한쪽에 근접해서 배치되고 상기 회전자를 냉각시키는 냉매통로를 구비한 회전자 냉각기구를 마련하고, 상기 회전자의 회전축방향 양끝부 중의 적어도 한쪽에는 대략 원고리형상의 피냉각부인 회전자 디스크가 구비되어 있고, 상기 회전자 냉각기구는 상기 회전자 디스크에 회전축방향과 대향해서 마련된 대략 원고리형상의 냉각부인 냉각디스크를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전자 디스크는 상기 회전자의 엔드링에 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전자 디스크는 상기 회전자의 엔드링과 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전자 디스크는 상기 회전자의 엔드링에 고착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각디스크의 냉각면 및 회전자 디스크의 피냉각면의 상기 회전축방향에 있어서의 종단면형상은 서로 대향하는 대략 오목볼록형상으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각디스크의 냉각면 및 회전자 디스크의 피냉각면의 상기 회전축방향에 있어서의 종단면형상은 서로 대향하는 대략 톱니형상으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각디스크의 냉각면은 상기 회전자 디스크의 피냉각면의 외주측에서 상기 피냉각면에 대해 직경방향으로 대향하도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전자 디스크는 상기 회전축에 고착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각디스크 및 회전자 디스크는 각각 고열전도성 금속으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 고열전도성 금속은 알루미늄 및 구리 중의 적어도 한쪽을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기.
- 회전축; 이 회전축의 외주에 고정되고 회전자 권선을 구비한 회전자; 이 회전자의 외주에 배치되고 고정자 권선을 구비한 고정자; 이 고정자의 외주에 배치되는 프레임과 상기 회전축의 양끝부를 베어링을 거쳐서 회전이 자유롭게 지지하는 엔드브래킷을 구비하고, 상기 회전자와 고정자를 수납하는 케이스 및; 상기 고정자를 냉각시키는 냉매통로를 구비한 냉각기구를 갖는 회전전기에 있어서, 상기 회전자의 회전축방향 양끝부 중의 적어도 한쪽에 근접해서 배치되고 상기 회전자를 냉각시키는 냉매통로를 구비한 회전자 냉각기구를 마련하고, 상기 고정자 냉각기구의 냉매통로는 상기 프레임내에 마련되어 있고, 상기 고정자에 구비된 고정자 철심과 상기 고정자 권선을 몰드부재에 의해 일체로 몰드함과 동시에, 상기 고정자의 외주와 상기 프레임의 내주 사이의 공간에 상기 몰드부재를 충전한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 몰드부재는 열전도성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전전기.
