Claims (1)
- 중량%로, C:0.03-0.15%, Si:0.03%이하, Mn:0.90-1.40%, P:0.060-0.120%, S:0.250-0.350%, Bi:0.03-0.20%, Al:0.005%이하, N:30-100ppm, 용존산소:5-20ppm, 용존수소:10ppm 이하, 잔부 Fe 및 기타불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 강 빌렛(Billet)을 가열로 장입전 선단부를 면취가공한 다음, 1150~1250℃의 온도에서 1.5-2시간동안 가열하고, 냉각수 접촉 방지용 롤 와이퍼(roll wiper)가 설치된 조압연기에서 상기 가열된 빌렛의 롤을 통과한 후에 냉각수를 살수하면서 조압연하고, 이후 마무리 압연을 행한 후, 900-1000℃의 온도범위에서 권취하고 600℃까지 초당 0.5-0.7℃로 냉각하고 상온까지 공냉시킴을 포함하여 구성되는 Bi-S계 쾌삭강 선재의 제조방법.
