Claims (3)
- 탈지 및 수세처리한 스테인리스강 제품을, 질산(H2SO3)용액과 3산화크롬(CrO3)용액으로 조성된 산화발색액의 전해조에 백금의 양극과 나란히 침지되게 설치하여, 액온 80-90℃정도의 조건에서 전류밀도 0.2A/dm2로 처리하여 부동태산화피막을 0.1-0.3㎛ 두께로 형성하여 산화발색처리하고 이를 수세한 다음 3산화크롬(CrO3)용액과 인산(H2PO3)용액으로 조성된 경막처리액의 전해조에 상기 스테인리스강 제품을 연(鉛)전극과 나란히 침지되게 설치하여 액온 10-40℃ 정도의 조건에서 크롬도금에 의한 경막처리 하여 광 간섭색으로 발색되게 함을 특징으로 한 스테인리스강 제품의 산화발색방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화발색액은 H2SO4용액 500g/ι과 CrO3용액 250g/ι을 혼합한 조성액으로 된 스테인리스강 제품의 산화발색방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경막처리액은 CrO3용액 250g/ι과 H3PO4용액 2.5g/ι을 혼합한 조성액으로 된 스테인리스강 제품의 산화발색방법.
