Claims (7)
- 폴리프로필렌계 수지로 이루어진 중심층, 및 미세한 실리카가 첨가되고 한쪽 면이 코로나 처리된 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어진 표면층을 포함하는 3층 구조의 폴리올레핀 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표면층의 전체 두께가 필름 전체 두께에 대하여 1/40 내지 1/3인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지가, 용융흐름지수가 1 내지 15 g/10분, 용융온도가 160 내지 170℃, 밀도가 0.9 내지 0.91g/㎤, 아이소택틱 지수가 95%인 아이소택틱 폴리프로필렌계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체의 용융흐름지수가 1 내지 15 g/10분, 용융온도가 100 내지 160℃, 에틸렌 함량이 0.5 내지 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체에 첨가되는 실리카가 평균입경이 0.5 내지 5㎛이고, 표면층 중량을 기준으로 0.05 내지 0.5 중량% 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름.
- 폴리프로필렌계 수지를 중심층으로 하고, 미세한 실리카가 첨가된 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체를 표면층으로 하여 공압출시켜 시이트를 제조하고, 상기 시이트를 이축배향시킨 후, 상기 표면층의 한 면을 코로나 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3층 구조의 폴리올레핀 필름의 제조방법.
- 상기 코로나 처리시의 조건이 35 내지 60 dyne/㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
