Claims (1)
- 접지에 직렬접속된 엔모스 트랜지스터(41,42)가 도통됨에 따라 기준전압회로(200의 전원전압(Vcc) 측 전류미러인 피모스 트랜지스터(21,22)가 도통되어 기준전압을 출력하는 기준전압회로의 스타트 업 회로에 있어서, 소스에 상기 전원 전압(Vcc)을 인가받고 상기 피모스트랜지스터(21,22)와 전류미러를 이루는 피모스 트랜지스터(31)와, 상기 피모스 트랜지스터(31)의 드레인 및 접지사이에 연결되어 소정의 전류를 흐르게 하는 전류원(32)과, 상기 피모스 트랜지스터(31)와 전류원(32)의 접속점 신호를 반전하여 상기 엔모스 트랜지스터(41)의 게이트에 인가하는 인버터(33)로 구성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 기준 전압 회로의 전류 감지 스타트 업 회로(40).
