Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 최소한 하나의 폴리머 블록이 분산배지에 용해되고, 최소한 하나의 또다른 폴리머 블록이 분산배지에 비용해 되며, 분산제는 비닐치환 방향족과 분산제의 존재 하에서 형성된 결합된 디엔의 랜덤 공중합체를 분산하도록 작용하고, 액체 지방족 선형 탄화수소 분산배지, 음이온성 촉매계 및 최소한 두 개의 폴리머 블록을 함유하는 블록 공중합체 분산제를 포함하는 반응혼합물에서 공중합을 수행하는 것을 포함하는 35-70 중량%의 비닐치환 방향족 모노머와 30-65 중량%의 결합된 디엔 모노머를 분산 공중합 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산배지가 최소한 60 중량%의 n-헥산을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체 분산제가 결합된 디엔 모노머와 비닐치환 방향족 모노머의 공중합에 의해 형성된 폴리디엔 또는 공중합체의 용해성 블록 및 결합된 디엔 모노머와 비닐치환 방향족 모노머의 공중합에 의해 형성된 폴리비닐방향족 폴리머 또는 공중합체의 비용해성 블록을 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 용해성 블록은 70-100 중량부의 결합된 디엔모노머 기여 단위체와 0-30 중량부의 비닐치환 방향족 모노머 기여 단위체로부터 형성된 폴리머 또는 공중합체이고 비용해성 블록은 0-65 중량부의 결합된 디엔 기여 단위체와 35-100 중량부의 비닐치환 방향족 모노머 기여 단위체로부터 형성된 폴리머 또는 공중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체 분산제가 한 블록의 폴리부타디엔과 0-65 중량%의 부타디엔 및 35-100 중량%의 스티렌의 랜덤 공중합에 의해 형성된 한 블록을 함유하는 다이블록의 폴리머인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체 분산제가 70-100 중량%의 부타디엔과 0-30 중량%의 스티렌의 랜덤 공중합에 의해 형성된 제1블록 및 0-65 중량%의 부타디엔과 35-100 중량%의 스티렌의 랜던 공중합에 의해 형성된 제2블록을 함유하는 다이블록의 폴리머인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 리튬계 음이온성 개시제인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 형성된 분산이 10-50 중량% 폴리머 고형물을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산제가 약 1.0-20.0 중량%의 모노머를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결합된 디엔 모노머가 1,3-부타디엔 또는 이소프렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비닐치환 방향족 모노머가 스티렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비용해성 폴리머 블록에 대한 분산제의 용해성 폴리머 블록의 중량비가 9.0/1.0 - 약 1.0/9.0인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 용해도 파라미터 대 분산배지의 용해도 파라미터의 비율이 최소한 1.9:1인 방법.
