Claims (5)
- 압축기 하우징의 실린더 보어내에 수용되며, 실린더 보어내의 유체에 압축작용을 미치는 헤드부와, 헤드부에 연결 설치되고, 하우징내에 형성된 크랭크실에 배치된 사판과 연결되는 연결부를 구비하는 후미부로 구성되며, 윤활유를 포함한 냉매가스를 흡입압 영역으로부터 흡입 밸브를 거쳐 흡입하고, 흡입한 냉매가스를 실린더 보어내에서 압축하며, 압축된 냉매가스를 토출 밸브를 거쳐 토출압 영역으로 토출하는 압축기의 피스톤에 있어서,상기 피스톤이 상사점 위치에서 하사점 위치로 이동될때, 상기 하우징내의 윤활유를 상기 연결부측으로 유도하기 위한 경사면을 상기 후미부의 후단면에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 피스톤.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 후미부는, 상기 하우징의 내주면과 맞닿아서 상기 피스톤의 회전을 억제하기 위한 회전 멈춤부를 가지며, 상기 경사면은 그 회전 멈춤부의 단부에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 피스톤.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 회전 멈춤부는, 상기 후미부의 일부에 설치되고, 후미부의 회전 멈춤부 이외의 부분의, 회전 멈춤부보다 폭이 좁은 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 피스톤.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 후미부의 회전 멈춤부 이외 부분의 외주부에는 상기 하우징 내주면과의 사이에 공극을 형성하기 위해 오목부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 피스톤 .
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 경사면은, 상기 후미부의 단면 둘레에지에 대하여 전둘레의 대부분에 걸쳐서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 피스톤.
