Claims (5)
- 상부에는 분급실 케이싱, 하부에는 호퍼로 이루어지고, 분급실의 케이싱에 접선방향으로 공기를 취입하여 각도가 조절가능한 가이드 베인과 회전구동축에 의해 회전되는 회전로터 블레이드 및 회전분산판을 이용하여 미분을 미분배출구로, 조분은 조분배출구로 배출하여서 된 분급기에 있어서, 회전로터 블레이드의 회전구동축과는 별도로 회전블레이드 회전속도보다 저속으로 가이드 베인을 회전하도록하여 공기 인입의 안정성을 가져오도록 하는 정류 기능이 강화된 분급기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 하부호퍼에 조분의 제2분급을 가능하게 하는 접선방향의 3차 공기 취입관을 구성하여서 된 정류기능이 강화된 분급기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가이드 베인의 회전수를 로터 블레이드 회전수의 1/10∼1/15로 하는 분급기.
- 상부에는 분급실 케이싱, 하부에는 호퍼수단을 제공하는 단계와, 분급실의 케이싱에 접선방향으로 공기를 취입하는 단계와, 가이드 베인과 회전구동축에 의해 회전되는 회전로터 블레이드 및 회전분산판을 이용하여 공기를 공급하는 단계와, 미분은 미분배출구로, 조분은 조분배출구로 배출하는 단계를 포함하는 분급방법에 있어서, 회전로터 블레이드의 회전구동축과는 별도로 회전블레이드의 회전속도보다 저속으로 가이드 베인을 회전시키는 단계를 더 포함함으로써 인입의 안정성을 가져오도록 하는 정류기능이 강화된 분급방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 호퍼수단에 배출되는 조분에 3차 공기를 접선방향으로 취입하는 단계를 더 포함하는 정류기능이 강화된 분급방법.
